This is an amazing story of a premium customer service from Cedric.To start with, I’ve ordered a mesh seat version in January. The package has arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The assembling went super easy thanks to very detailed and clear instruction in English. There also a video available on YouTube outlining all assembling steps.After a week of intensive use my body realized that the mesh version is not the best and apparently I’ll be better of with the foam seat version.So I contacted Cedric customer service for advice. The reply was super quick and very constructive: they offered me a replacement of the seat totally for free. After 5 days the new foam seat has arrived. The replacement was easy since the seats are perfectly interchangeable. It took me 10 min to install the new seat.So now I have a great and comfortable ergonomic seat that perfectly suit my needs.The back pain I had previously has gone and I can comfortably work for >8 hours per day.This is a perfect example of a great customer service and consumer orientation. I believe this is how it should be in the modern world and I’m very happy I got this VIP level of treatment.Needless to say the product is highly recommended for purchase.

Overall the chair was comfortable and easy to construct.After about 10 months of careful use the backrest material started to unclip from the backrest frame. Looking at the reviews I am not the only one to have had this problem. It is possible to clip most of it back in but around the top corners it needs a tool. Unfortunately it just keeps coming out again so I have had to return this chair.

The instructions for assembly leave a bit to be desired. Changes to some of the parts mean there are steps in the process that need updating in the Instruction booklet. Once you are aware of these then the construction of the ergonomic desk chair is reasonably straight forward.The desk chair is very adjustable and comfortable to sit in. The seat height and armrest height is adjustable, and the chair back can be locked in position and includes an adjustable lumbar support.Overall good value.

My husbands a tattooist so spends many hrs sitting at his workstation designing artwork for clients and so needs a good quality chair with decent lumbar support where he can sit for many hrs without getting back ache. The head and arms are adjustable plus the lumbar supports really good. The mesh weave effect is much nicer than leather or fabric as it breaths more - especially in this heat - easy to adjust height etc. Solid heavy base, the packaging was exceptional. The look and designs very smart and modern and overall an essential item that’s not a bad price at all compared to how comfy it is. My husbands 18st and Bailey large build and this fits him very well. Absolutely worth spending the time researching the right chair because we found this. Very happy Thankyou

I bought this chair to replace a cheap one I bought off eBay that was not fit for purpose and have to say I have been impressed so far. I work at my home office for long periods and the mesh design is very supportive along with the lumbar support.

Still spending 4 days out of 5 at home office. Got this to have comfortable working environment, my old one also good but due to old one was leather on past hot summer days back was getting more sweaty.This model has meshing back support which ideal for long use, due to back meshing style not getting sweaty even after long use.Wide base and seat comfortable.Assembly quite easy, just need to follow step by stem manual, I managed to do it on my own however it stated better todo it 2 people for faster finish.It also supports upto 330lbs which equivalent to 150kgs, it’s well above my limits however better to check with personal weight.Overall brilliant supportive chair which ideal on hot weathers as well as not getting sweaty back.

Chair seems comfortable even for extended periods of time. I was after something with good lumbar support and didn't want a plastic-y punch to the back like you usually get with ergonomic chairs, this one achieves it with a sort of pillow you can adjust. Very happy with the purchase once it was built...though the instructions were for a completely different chair, so it was a bit of a guessing game as to how to actually build it!

i bought this chair for neck support and arm-rest and it perfectly fulfills my needs. on side note, it arrived a day earlier than they suggested. when assembling i dropped a screw and luckily they provided a spare screw, which was a very good thought from there end. overall happy with the purchase.
