It's common to believe that paying 4x more for an oversized, alloy monstrosity to feed a .22LR is the mark of buying a quality product, but after carefully reviewing all the .22LR speedloaders on market this one, this inexpensive, unassuming looking speedloader is the best buy. Not just best value for the money, but best value period.The loader feather light, sturdy, very simple to operate. Simply turn it upside down, press the center stud to open the rim locks, drop in eight cartridges, then press the protruding stud on the handle flush to lock everything in place. To load the gun, insert, then press firmly to release the cartridges. The convenient cap keeps the cartridges clean, but I'd suggest removing it when carrying the loader.This loader also works perfectly with the S&W M43C!

There are only 3 LCR rapid loaders that I could find, and this one is the cheapest, so I was braced for it being low quality. But it turned out to be high quality. It's the one and only design that has the "pod" cover to protect the rounds if you keep it in your pocket, and I have tested in hundreds of times, it works great. I don't see why anyone would consider those other 2 options which are more expensive and lact the protective pod cover.

Allows fast reloads only time will tell if it holds up

As a female with a CCW, this is my new fav shooting and CCW accessory. I love it so much that I started off with two and just ordered another six. I plan to carry two in my purse and the others in my shooting bag. They don’t take up much space in my purse, are discrete, and can easily be loaded into my S&W AirLite 8-shot revolver, if I need to quickly reload. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend these to others.

Works with shorts and Lr on my ruger sp101. Great affordable quick reload that fits in the pocket. Seems like it will last a long time.

Just got this for my LCR (.22LR) and am so far impressed. There's really only a couple choices in the 8 shot LCR world and I thought I'd try this first. Easy to load, easy to use with just a push on the cylinder. Rounds are a little wobbly but not bad and seem to be held firm enough to find their way home into the charging holes. I did add a bit of grip tape as another user suggested to make holding the loader a little more sure. The one part I do like is the "pod" cover. This gives a bit of protection for the rounds if you were just dropping this in the pocket or attaching it to some sort of lanyard. I suppose you could even wear it around your neck if you were hiking and wanted a convenient reload. I don't know what the long term reliability will be since it's just plastic but I think it's decent. I'd like to see it at the $10 price point because just a few bucks more you're into 5-Star aluminum loaders.

This is a cheap all plastic product that does not work. Pressing the release does nothing and your bullets stick in the device. Very poor product.
