Keeps your a$$ out the grass.
For those who are not comfortable with hand launch/landing, these legs provide a nice extension to lift your mini out of the dirt. I've used a rigid non folding pair before and they broke on my third time attaching them. These folding legs, however, are very easy to snap into place and feel solid. The feature i like the most, is the ability to fold these legs and store them inside the Fly More Case under my controller. When opening the legs, be careful not to bend the small tab which locks them into place.

Do Not Trust
We used this on our drone when in the lake, figured even if the drone crashed, got wet and ruined, we could at least FIND it. Well, it crashed (murphy's law) and the little red pool noodles popped out of the plastic landing gear. They stayed bobbing at the top just like they're supposed to, while our drone and the landing gear sunk to the bottom of the lake. So at least we got a couple free chunks of pool noodle out of it? Not pleased at all.

Still under 250g!!
Im happy that I can have this on and my Mini2 is still right under 250g. Keeps it off the ground and definitely makes landing safer on uneven surfaces.. Foldable and sturdy, but I could see this becoming frail in colder temps. Its possible to fold up for storage, but then the props can't be strapped down. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase, and I recommend.

Protect your props
I got this to ensure that when i am taking off and landing in remote areas without a good take off spot, that I have the extra ground clearance to protect my props. This snaps on and off very easy and stows away in my travel case without taking up a lot of room. The biggest concern was making sure I was still under weight to avoid having to register. I can use this in addition to a night strobe and still be underweight and that is important with all the new regulations.

Nice little accessory!
The media could not be loaded. I bought these because I do a lot of flying in areas that doesn’t have a good landing surface. It doesn’t go into payload mode when you’re flying like the prop guards, I took it up and flew it around, it flew rock solid. They look great too! I might paint them a similar color blue just so that they match my theme, I would definitely recommend them!

Kept my drone from sinking
Last week at the lake I accidentally sent my drone for a swim. Thankfully, I had these floatation devices on and, although it did land upside down (because I ran it into the boat first), it didn't sink. Thanks to this device I was able to recover my drone and send it in for replacement (I had DJI care refresh), and my drone's swim session cost only $50 rather than having to buy an all new one had it sunk to the bottom of the lake. I highly recommend this landing gear if you're flying over the water.I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because the floaties do effect flight if it's relatively (probably 15mph or higher). In a gust of wind, they will cause the drone to wobble pretty dramatically in flight. However, I don't mind the occasional wobble if it means my drone won't go for a swim.

Fit and security during flight
The standard clearance of the Mini 2 will be an issue if your not launching from a very smooth surface. The landing gear is a great idea and is very light weight, however, the fit toward the front of the drone is a bit loose. I was a bit concerned that the wind resistance while in flight may lead to the gear falling off. I suggest a minor size adjustment to the leading edge for a better more secure fit by the manufacturer.

Cheap protection for your drone.
I picked these "pontoons" up for some additional insurance while filming sailing videos, after my first DJI Mini decided to commit Harakiri and drown itself in Lake Superior. While I wouldn't necessarily recommend landing on the water on purpose, at least if your battery dies or your drone otherwise decides to auto-land over the water, you'll be able to recover the drone and your precious footage thanks to this inexpensive solution.
