Very useful for compacting edges, corners, narrow trenches
I have used this unit with a 2-1/8 Bosch SDS max hammer and it works well enough with that machine to break larger aggregate into smaller aggregate if you stay in one place too long. While most of my compacting has been done with either a jumping jack compactor or a 700 lb vibratory plate compactor, neither of those machines is easy to use for compacting soil and gravel right next to a stem wall or frost wall. And neither of the large compactors can get all the way into a corner. This tamper plate is great for those tight locations.

Sticky paper- labeled Bosch product?
Poor quality with off center hole. Labeled with printed paper. All Bosch bits I own have the word Bosch embossed on it not stickers.I assume this is fake but it did what I needed it for.
