The mask looks nice, but is supremely uncomfortable. I have a very small head but suffered a literal *dent* in my forehead from trying to wear this mask. It’s caused by the center point at the top of the mask. It isn’t formed correctly via the mold, allowing for the fact a human face isn’t a sphere between the brow and hairline. And you cannot bend the mask to correct the issue and save your face! I posted a photo a day after wearing the mask - my head is still dented!!! It was really bad immediately after removing the mask.Another serious issue is the elastic band you use to secure this to your face. Again, I have a small head, but I have to adjust the band to nearly the maximum length to not cause immediate discomfort from squeezing the crud out of my head (and digging in above my ears). The plastic clip the two loose ends of the elastic slide through is also not proper. Since the elastic does not have loops sewn at the ends (to increase thickness) nor are the two pieces sewn together to create a continuous loop, the tension your head creates against the elastic causes the bands to eventually work free from the clip, and the clip pops off and disappears for you to chase around and try to resecure. The masks that tie on via two ribbons function much better and are also easier to hide under a woman’s hairdo. I’m disappointed in this mask because it’s pretty, but not a good choice for actually wearing. A total waste of money and ineligible for return.

This mask is absolutely stunning and fits great on me. Unfortunately Amazon decided to ship it in a bubble mailer rather than a box, and the wire mesh was crushed when it arrived. Additionally, one of the nose pads appears to have migrated to the forehead. The materials are good quality, and I was able to reshape the wire to the point where you'd only be able to tell if you were looking closely. Still, I was pretty disappointed in the shipping and handling overall, and I could imagine the mask itself being crushed or marred on other orders if they don't change the packaging.

Appreciate the quality, good weight to it and nice detailing.

NO RETURNS. Beware. It’s a beautiful mask however it is too narrow and does not fit my face which is small. It’s very curvy and would fit over a child’s of 8. I love it, but will be unable to wear it.

It's a really pretty mask, but the band is really tight and due to the molding design it cause pressure on your face. It's very frágil and may break in half of not packaged correctly.

I ordered this for a Venetian themed Christmas party. The look was beautiful until I turned it over and found the lining completely soiled with dirt and makeup - disgusting! I didn’t order “open box”, and I find the practice of sending an obviously used item out for full price totally unsanitary and deceitful.

Im upset that the package was nit very secure. I received my mask in the mail smashed in my mailbox and it was broke in half. Im very upset..it is very beautiful so Im gonna try and hot glue it together before I return it.
