Best Cedar Plank Flavor of Any I Have Used
Camerons western cedar planks are full of aroma and flavor. I use them almost exclusively for grilling salmon filets on my home natural gas grill. Be sure to remove the fish skin and soak the plank(s) in water at least 2 hours before grilling for maximum flavor transfer. These planks have by far the best flavor of any cedar planks I have used. Outstanding product. Thanks.

It’s wood
Not much to say it is a piece of wood. Soak it , put salmon in it , put on bbq. Smaller then ones we usually get.

Did not receive what I ordered
Specificity ordered these because they said they were "Made in America". Should have been one 12pk according to specs, received an 8pk from Canada marked "Assembled in America" and a 4pk that does say "Made in USA". Two stars because I did receive 2pks that equalled the 12. I'm sure they will be fine, just disappointed they did not come as expected.
