The item is light and it's pretty easy to assemble. The bad thing about it is that the diameter of one wheel is slightly bigger that that for the other one, which make it a bit unstable while using. The wheels do not have any bearings at all. It's possible to roll it just due to the friction action between the internal plastic part of the wheel and the metal central tube. Handles are good and provide a good grip

Pro:Comes with everything indicated. The package was a lot smaller than expected but everything was present. The assembly of the unit is relatively obvious. The wheel itself it smooth. The only detail I was wary of was the grip of the wheel rolling on non-slip wooden flooring. But it is not an issue. It does not slip. The extra mat for the knees is helpful and decently thick enough.- easy to use and assemble- surprising amount of grip on the wheel- convenient and compact if considering storingCon:The handlebars are straight. Considering ergonomics for the handlebar, they could be slightly angled or curved. I have never had any wrist issues using it nearly daily, but theoretically speaking it would be better if there was a slight curve to the handlebarsOverall:Good choice for the price. This wheel comes in a very small package, and easy to assemble. No user’s manual, but I was able to put it together in a minute just from looking at the picture on the package. I have been using it for about a month for short time in the morning. It’s really good core exercise when you only have small pieces of time. Just 5-10 rolls gives good heart rate increase. I wish I have bought it earlier when I traveled more often. I could packed it with me for easy exercise in the hotels.

I read great reviews about this ab roller prior to purchasing it, and was not disappointed. It is extremely lightweight, easy to assemble, and really works!! I am seeing ab muscle improvement immediately - seriously, this will burn your abs. Also comes with a knee pad which is very useful. Awesome home/take-anywhere workout equipment.
