Replacing a pillow, I've had for twenty years. Arrived in a zipped plastic bag. Fluffed it and slept with it on the first night. It's soft and has no weird smell as I had been warned. Exactly as described. A premium product and it wasn't at a premium price. That doesn't happen a lot these days! Oh, Canada...you make a great product.

Very comfortable, the size I wanted

I have purchased A LOT of feather pillows trying to find one similar to one I have from years ago. This is the closest I have found and it is fantastic! My only complaint is the plastic sound when you move it around. It’s not overwhelming, but worth mentioning. Very comfortable feather pillow!!

Very nice and soft.

Seems like a great company and did not know they offered a firm support version as it did not come up on search so went with the medium support. Was great first night or two then literally held it between my head and hand like it wasn't there, totally flat. Tried to punch it into a ball to finish my sleep but was only possible on top of other pillows. Bought it cuz I need support but not getting it from this pillow. it's like others. Buy something firm. This one's not.

This pillow is WAY too flimsy, and does not offer any support unless you double it over. Not worth the money.

I decided to write a review for this product to give a heads up to anyone with a keen sense of smell. If you are sensitive to smells like i am, then don't buy this pillow, it stinks, literally PEEEEUUUU!! I've tried febreezing it, I've tried my favorite perfume, to no avail. It smells like they didn't get all the goose poop off the feathers. It's also way too soft so you have to plump it up a lot and then you get a blast of the goose poop smell. It's like a ripe goose fart right up your nose. Very unhappy with this product. : (

This product came in weeks late, due to our world right now I won’t hold anyone accountable for it of course.The product was in a nice box, good packaging.Looked great out of the package.Felt good for 5 minutes before I basically pancakes.The pillow is flatter than a 30 year old pillow i cannot believe how it’s completely deflated and has zero hold to it.We literally now call it the new 30 year old pillow.It’ll have to be used for the guest bed that doesn’t get used.Even if you puff it up as soon as your head it’s it it’s completely flat again.Not worth the money.We have many down filled blankets and pillows and this one does not even compare to the quality of others we have and does not hold up like the others.If your looking for plush and comfort do not buy this pillow.

I destroyed my husbands favourite feather pillow by mistake so I knew I needed to find one that was similar. I read many, many reviews and looked at many many different pillows.I chose this one BASED on the reviews. It’s not your typical super fluffy pillow. It does not stay fluffed up, which is EXACTLY what we were looking for. My husband likes a flat pillow and this delivers in that sense.While it’s pretty on the bed and nice and full, you put your head on it, and it does sink down quite far. But again, this is exactly what we wanted.I too, like these kind of pillows as my “cuddle” or “between the leg” pillow so I’ll be buying more.

Hi ,I returned my pillow order because I mistakenly ordered them thinking it was filled with goose down but they were not .I am in the process of returning your items and I was going to reorder pillows with goose down but decided not to cause you force people to return the product at our expense not like most other reputable companies .This cost me 42.00$ to return the box . Very disappointed with your return policy ,I will order more elsewhere .Sincerely Ed Powers

I'd have given a 5 star rating if there wasn't a "fowl" odour. You can smell these pillows when you're sitting in the of the bed, even with plastic lined pillow protectors beneath the pillow cases. I contacted the manufacturer directly. They provided a return label and replaced the pillows within a week. I love the replacement pillows which don’t have the chicken coop smell. Bumped my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
