I have never felt fancier
I never quite perfected the art of hand-making my own gyoza. It's delicious, sure, but it never looked much better than a crumpled-up wad of paper (if paper was actually gyoza wrappers). With this incredibly simple little press, I can finally crank out gyoza that looks as good as I feel after making gyoza that looks this good.It actually lets me make it FASTER than by hand, too, which is a major bonus (I don't know how I manage to be both slow AND terrible at closing them up, but I am) so I can go from "hey, lets make gyoza for dinner" to "wow, that was good I'm glad we did that" in less time than ever before. Goyza potsticker
Much easier than doing in by hand. They came out perfect and were a favorite with the family on Christmas Eve.
