How do you remove the remote ? It seems to be stuck on the blanket

Anyone finding it doesnt get very warm even on 20 and that it is only heated in small areas?

I was having the same problem where it seemed that only half the blanket was heating up. I tried the pre-heat feature and that seemed to fix the problem. Which is strange because it seems like a defect. Not saying that'll work for you but who knows?

I did get the warranty. I’m not sure what to tell You. My heated blankets have stopped working multiple times, so I specifically got the warranty this time. FYI so far I haven’t needed to use it. Good luck.
