UPDATE: I received a message from the seller indicating that the misalignment probably happened during shipping and that it is, in fact, very easy to adjust (I tried and it is). I was under the impression that it was welded together from the way it looks. Now that it’s straight, we will definitely keep this.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Feels hefty and is a somewhat unique length that we were looking for. However, the quality control seems questionable—as you can see in the picture, the square mounting piece is connected to the bar at an angle (i.e. it’s not straight). It’s very noticeable when I hold it up to mount it. I’ll probably return it and look for something else.

With the 31.5 inch mount points was able to place these towel bars directly into studs. You can do chin-ups on these. No more anchors falling out of the walls from the weight of wet towels!

Looks great. Well made with quality materials except for wall anchors and mounting screws. A shame that a well designed and manufactured product ships with cheap low quality mounting wall anchors. Mounting instructions are clear but a mounting template was not included and the drill size for the wall anchors is not specified. I used my own wall anchors and screws. Still five stars overall since the towel rack itself is great.

First of all, the packaging, quality and design of the towel rack and toilet paper holder we purchased were first rate. Nothing but excellent quality. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between my wife and I went I went to install the towel rack. She had removed one of the brackets and then placed it somewhere out of view and went for a walk. When I went to install the rack, I assumed one of the brackets had not been shipped. After an exhaustive search, I emailed Customer Service with my dilemma and they promptly replied and arranged to send a replacement for delivery the next day. All very cordial and professional. Ultimately my wife returned from her walk and showed me where she had put it! Duh!!

We bought 5 of the 16" towel bars to replace 30 year old wood bars. 16" is very hard to find and 18" will not work. Upon receipt, I was surprised at the quality of the product. While I am not crazy about the mounting system, it is what most similar products are using. They mounted pretty easily and seem to be working out ok so far. There was an issue with one of the hex set screws, a quick email and a replacement is on the way. Very responsive. Only real complaint was the mounting inserts that came with the bars. Not very heavy for drywall mounting so I purchased some sturdier ones and used the screws that came with the bars.

One side of end bent. Unable to install flat to wall. Emailed situation to Kokosiri. They responded immediately and replaced it , as well as emails to confirm. All in all a stellar response. The new one installed and it is perfect. Very sturdy, nice brushed bronze look too, Would buy again.

I bought this based off other reviews and I must say I will tell anyone else who buys this brand of towel bars is doing the right thing from the value to installation I give a 5 star durable matte finish and easy to install paired nicely with other fixtures

I use bath sheets rather than regular sized towels, they are 38 inches wide and these were the only towel bars that I could find that are 40 inches wide. They are sturdy and now I'm finally able to hang up my bath sheets without them being folded on top of each other or having to toss the in the dryer after each use.

Towel rail as expected... Added bonus that the box it came in was the perfect size and height for Mummels to make a much needed external elevator for her dolls house

Great quality towel rail. Perfect match with my kitchen door handles and big enough for tea towel and hand towel.

The rail is exactly what I wanted and delivery excellent.Looks very elegant in our new bathroom.

We wanted a towel rack that would go into the studs. This was a perfect size. It’s a beautiful finish and nice clean lines. I’m impressed with the sturdiness. As mentioned in another review, product came slightly out of alignment. I loosened the screws and adjusted in seconds. It was extremely easy to install. Also, this was a way better price than similar, less superior products I research. My husband said he was happy I didn’t get the wobbly kind from the hardware store again. This is like a high end hotel rack.
