GOOFIT 38mm Air Filter for GY6 CG 150 Moped Scooter ATV Dirt Bike

I replaced the air box on my hawk 250 ensure and went from bogging out at 50 to flying through gears to 75mph on the freeway. It would have done the same thing without any filter at all, but at least I won't get dirt in my carb.

I needed an air filter to replace the factory air box on my 1987 arctic cat jag with a Mikuni VM30 carburetor. The listing for this item showed the measurement of the inside diameter where it attaches to the carburetor, the others gave vague measurements. It arrived on time and was packaged well. It seems to be well built and is the perfect size and fit for my snowmobile. It fits the carburetor perfectly and the Suzuki 340cc fan cooled two cycle engine it's attached to runs great with no loss of power.

I ran this filter for 1 month. Having years of experience of maintaining, owning and riding on and off-road bikes, I would highly recommend NOT purchasing product. I pulled off after my bike began to run a little off and the filter was absolutely full of dirt. Being a street bike I was surprised at the amount of debris that made it through the filter. You get what you pay for.

I used this for one day on a 50cc scooter, and the rubber crumbled apart and pulled out of the metal base. Also, the end cap does not have enough glue on it, so there are gaps between the filter pleats to let in unfiltered air. This thing is total garbage.

I bought this air filter for my go kart and it starved my engine for Air. Lost power when accelerating and just bad throttle response. So i took it off and got back my power and acceleration. Won't buy this again, while it may look good it doesn't perform well.

Works great on my 2 stroke motorized bicycle. I kinda wish the flange ID wasn’t quite as small but it still didn’t impede airflow to the carburetor. In my case I 3D printed an adapter for the stock my carb. You can find this design on Thingiverse.

I read into this product everything said it would fit here they sent me a 70mm instead of 58mm watch what you buy I do say it’s good quality but can’t use it

Replaced the airbox on my 2006 cheap chinese Costco dirtbike. Looked a little big but it tightend down perfectly.

Can't really call it a replacement when not enough air can get to the engine and cool it enough with out overheating
