The 1st tree I received had 2 snapped branches so I had to do a replacement return. Super simple! Just dropped it off at Whole Foods and a new one was shipped to me right away. Zero issues with the 2nd one. It's exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend.

This tree is so much more than I expected. It's sturdy and spooky. I love it!! It's just big enough too.

I ordered this tree to hold seasonal ornaments. Its black color and simple style makes it suitable for Halloween or Christmas (or any other holiday).It required a little bit of assembly. There is a base, trunk, two small branches, and 4 large branches. I believe all of the large branches had 2 pieces, so there were a total of 12 pieces to put together. My first time assembling it, the last branch wasn't fitting right due to its shape and the shape of the rest of the tree. Then I noticed the “O” markers at the connection spots. So I took it apart and made sure to line up the O's. I'm sure there are a few different configurations that will work.My only real complaint is how loose the connection is between the base and the trunk. Whenever I pick up the tree at the trunk, the base drops down a little. It doesn't fall off, though.

Top quality and absolutely beautiful

Product arrived broken to the point of no repair (tried using hot glue, crazy glue). Not sturdy at all. Threw it out.

It's perfect in every way except its top heavy. I'm obsessed!

I didn't want another black tree so I purchased some brown spray paint specifically designed for plastic and so now I have a brown tree. I like it a lot and am in the process of decorating it for Autumn with berries and small leaves. It was easy to put together and it is sturdy. Only negative is that it is not flexible, you can't change the shape of the branches. I also have the larger sized tree which I've kept black and made a Halloween tree.
