Piece of garbage, do not buy!!! Took a month to get, worked twice and motor died. Beware!!! Seller unresponsive.

First off it shipped in original factory box and not double boxed. The thin walled box looked like it was rolled down 3 flights of stairs and kicked into the delivery truck. Upon opening, it looked used and when plugged it it did nothing. After 10-15 min of messing with it we decided it was a no go.

This cotton candy machine is trash! Not only did it take over a month for delivery it doesn’t work. It smokes so bad every smoke detector in the house went over. Trying to do a return is impossible. Amazon Prime isn’t worth crap anymore!

Totally worthless. Doesn't make cotton candy, just melts sugar and sprays it everywhere. See atched pictures. Contacted seller, they want pictures. But there's no area in message section that allows me to attached them. Don't waste your time or money buy this crap. I'm now out almost $100 between machine and accessories like floss sugar. Was supposed to be a gift for my 4 year old daughter. We are so disappointed. 🤨🤔🤨🤔

It took a month to get here, but it works great. We used it with hard candy and turned out well, kids loved it! We're cleaning it in the picture it looks kinda messy, it's a bit tough to clean, but not surprising with all the sugar.

I just received this product & used 3 times. Now it won't no longer heat up. I've waited on this a month for it to tear up the SAME day. Never I will use this company or cotton candy machine again.

I received this 18 days after was expected. It nOt work and 5 days later my right to refund is closed??? No response from seller, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Machine looks very nice just as photo and promoted by the seller. The size is nice and not too small. Recommend adult supervision as the machine gets hot. Works as directed in the instructions. Took 28 days to recieve and package was very damaged and machine is bent.
