Uncommon size; good for magic loop
This size is hard to find in a circular, and to be fair, they aren't that commonly used. I only see them called for sock knitting and then not as often as a size 1 or 1.5. They're well made. The size markings are clear, and I don't find they wear off easily on this brand, and the cable is nice and sturdy for magic loop.I guess the two I don't like are first, that the wood is so plain. The 1.5 is much nicer. And second, the little hole on the top of the connection. It makes it look like these are interchangeable needles, and they are not. I'm sure down the road I'm going to be confused.

Great consistant brand
These are great. Never had a problem with Knitter's Pride brand.

Smooth as silk
These may be the nicest needles I’ve ever used. Tried this brand on a lark and I don’t think I’ll go back. If you prefer wood but like the ease of metal you’ll love these.

Well-made and useful
I usually use Hiya Hiyas, but I bought these to take on a plane. No problems with the TSA out of BWI or SFO. The needles are very nice and the cable is sturdy. I'm using these for a project with silver cobweb mohair that's slippery and hard to see, and these are perfect for my purpose. Would buy again.

Packaging matters
These wood knitting needles are narrow (3.00 mm around) and fragile. They were packed in a bubble envelope with no other protection. They were broken in the package. They needed to have been packed properly for shipping.

Very nice circular...
This circular needle is very nice. The construction is good quality as the join between the needle and the cable is perfectly smooth. I've ordered a second one to replace the first one that did not withstand my dropping then stepping on it. That's the only fault I find with using wooden needles vs. metal or plastic. Metal needles are too fast for me and plastic are too sticky, so accepting that wooden tips break when stepped on is not a big enough factor for me to stop using them!

Won't buy these again
The wood needles broke randomly on me.
