These straps are SUPER long. I have them as short as they will go and ended up tying multiple knots in them to shorten them up more to fit my 15.2hh quarter horse without draping halfway down his legs. It's kind of annoying because I put them on a cooler which he wares over his tack to get from the warm indoor arena back out to the cold barn then I pull his tack off and leave the cooler on. This means I need to be able to adjust the leg straps for longer w tack under blanket and shorter for general use. Which is then complicated by the need for the knots to shorten it enough.Otherwise nice hardware and seem very durable. Would only buy these again if I'm getting them for a much larger horse.

These work great until the horse rolls too much. Then the straps rip apart from the hardware. I have a pair of elastic leg straps that never quit. I will get the elastic ones again.

Nicely made - they do the job! They come 2 to a package which is slightly deceiving based on the picture. Great to buy an extra pack to have on hand when one breaks for the elastic finally gives up on the old ones and you just can't tie any more knots in them to make them short enough!

These are long even pulled up to their shortest setting on my "non-weatherbeeta" brand blanket. However I can easily make them work. They look very durable, stretch and have clasps at both ends. For the price and not having to drive an hour to a tack shop that carries these, I would say they are well worth it.

I think leg straps on horse blankets are like kids socks, One is always missing. I always have a few spares on hand.

disappointed. The straps on not nearly as short as I wanted. Even when I adjust, they sag like old ones.

Our horses go through lots of leg straps - stretching them out until no elasticity remains. We love these due to the nice, double end snaps that are easily removed when washing the blankets. The other style with the open loop at one end wind up covered in nasty horse crud and almost have to be cut off to remove. One of the best straps we've found for the price.

My ponies are hard on straps so I buy these often
