A action-packed, spellbinding adventure
Aheeeeee....I LOVE, Love, loveeeee...This series, and its spellbinding adventures! Oh, there are no words to describe how I felt about this book. Well maybe, Breathtaking, Gut-wrenching, Heart-throbbing, Hands-shaking, and Heart-breaking. You get the point...lol! Forest Fire has been a HIGLY Anticipated book for me after reading and LOVING the first book Forbidden Forest (See My Review of Forbidden Forest HERE)! It's been at the top of my waiting list all summer long! I just couldn't wait to get my hands on this book, and when it finally landed in my happy little hands, I couldn't wait to devour it! And trust me when I say Forest Fire was well worth the wait, and did NOT disappoint one but! Its satisfied all my cravings for love, lust, action, adventure, revenge, pain, death, and of course, happily ever after! The Plot: The world of Regia is in an uproar. All is in chaos after Forest was banished back to earth, forbidden to ever set foot in Regia again! Vampires have broken through the portals, invading earth and disrupting the two world combined. Werewolf's are in an uprising after their leader was murdered, and are pursuing war with the vampires! Elf's are threating to overthrow the vampires and claim power. And Syrus, poor Syrus, is being held captive in a secluded location, closed off by a magic barrier within the castle. He only wishes he could break through the barrier that binds him, and kill anything in his path back to Forest! And Forest's world has been turned upside down in a matter of minutes. She is broken, shattered, and forced to live in exile on earth without her life mate. And if that's not enough, she also has to fight off the vampire assassins that the queen sends through the portal to kill her. Things are bad, and their about to get worse! Forest has always known her heritage was half Shape-Shifter, and half Elf. But what Forest didn't know was how powerful her bloodline really was! Her father is someone in power. More powerful then Forest ever feared. Forest has always thought her father would eventually come for her. But she never thought he would come to her rescue. Forest and Syrus battle their way back into each others arms from two different worlds. But that's only the beginning to their reunion. Their is more trouble in the shadows, as Forest's slave & lover marks burns as hot as fire whenever they touch. They were illegal branded on her as a child by a vampire named Leith that claimed her as his lover and slave. Forest was then forced to do what he wanted, when he wanted. She was bound to please him by the marks embedded in her skin, claiming her as his property! He's still out there, and as long as he's breathing, he keeps Forest and Syrus from completing their bond, and becoming one. The illegal marks she's branded with will always be the barrier between them until its removed only by Leith's death. Forest and Syrus won't rest until Leith is dead and the marks she's imprinted with are removed for good! But theirs more problems around the corner as Forest is not considered a pure blood, and she's having a hard time excepting her title with judging eyes! Forest is given the opportunity to have a highly respected title of authority, not to mention her option of being queen of all Regia. But does Forest deserve to be the all and powerful queen of them all? Does Forest have what it takes to stand up for the ones who are mute? But most of all, does Forest have the strength to battle all Regia for it? Love will be tested, lines will be crossed, battle will be fought, and lives will be lost, as the new world is born! By the time the end comes all will be revealed! I absolutely adored this book, though I did like the first one a bit more. I loved watching Forest and Syrus's bond grow and form in the first book. It felt stronger and more connected. But I enjoyed this book almost as much. I am so sad to see this series end after only the second book. I felt this book ended on a great note, but that their was still more too be told. Like its still not complete with the unanswered questions. I am hoping this author decides to write at least one more book, for more closure. Either way I am happy with this series, and Forest and Syrus will go down as ONE of my favorite couples in books ever! Overall this series rocked, and this author is at her best when writing action-packed sences, and romance sences. She writes the most spectacular sizzling connection between two characters that had me in tears at some parts. I will definitely be reading more from this author.

Great Sequel
I liked how the second book picked right up where the first book left off. I hate having to wade through paragraphs of back story I already know.Anyway, this story finds our heroine with everything she wants within her grasp, but it is her own insecurities keeping her from it.This book really explores Forest 's vulnerable side. You will still see a little bit of her tough girl exterior, but not so much. There is an interesting side story involving Nettie that will keep you turning pages.Overall, I can say that I enjoyed this story and look forward to the next. There were some spelling errors with homophones but they were easy to overlook because of the story was interesting.

A beautiful Read.
I couldn't have asked for a better sequel to Forbidden Forest. It did not disappoint and I absolutely loved this book. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a book with an excellent plot and endearing characters. One cannot help but fall in love with Forest and Syrus. They carry you through the roller coaster of emotions and you really want them to have a happy ending and live happily ever after regardless of all the obstacles they faced. With every good book lies a villain, and we had him in the form of Leith, who met a well deserved end for his crimes against Forest, though he did love her in a sort of twisted way, hey! What can I say, they guy was a weirdo. But all in all, I totally had a ball reading this book and I didn't put it down until the very end. 5 stars with love. Tenaye Jayne, you rock. :-)

Awesome story....
I review most of the books I read. With this 2 book series I only have 1 true compliant. I wished it was a larger series. I LOVED THE FOREST CHARACTER. I felt truly connected to her. I feel this was a very well story. Action, emotion and vivid description that never stop.I've never written this, I would like to play the Forrest character in a holodeck or 3-D gaming... If that doesn't make sound like a nerd. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did and I will again because I plan to reread it in the future.Make sure you read the Authors note after the Epilogue.Happy Reading...

Fantasy romance
Une excellente suite pour suivre les aventures d'une héroïne à qui la vie n'a rien épargnée. Forest se débat avec son passé pour envisager un futur avec Syrus.

The Legends of Regia should not end in just 2 books!!
After proofreading for the last decade I have come across just over a handful of some truly talented authors. I now mainly read for pleasure, and what a pleasure devouring Forest's journey continued in this novel; Forest Fire (The Legends of Regia). The world of Regina expertly pulls you in, placing you right into the thick of action from where the last book ended. The thickness of emotion consistently has you holding your breath, so don't forget to breathe! Regia is described in exquisite detail allowing you to see it all in your mind's eye easily, there are so many opportunities for extra story lines within the plot which it seems a shame they will never be told or expanded upon. Nor will the story of Forest and Syrus, their love, their future - another book please!!!A fantastic read that I couldn't put down, completely recommended!!

Legends of Regia
I quite enjoyed both stories. I feel they were well written and had a great twist on things.I must say if you like stories that make you feel good in the end these are the ones you should get. There were no harsh sexual bits that make you cringe. Just a bit of romance and quite a few moments that made me bite my nails. Do you like vampires, ogres, elves, magic, wolfs and other things? This set has them all, or a good part of them! I finished both books in two days but then again I do read like sucking air.I am happy with the ending it's good one. I recommend this book for all young readers 15 and up.Thank you Tenaya Jayne for the time you have placed in these books for us to enjoy.

Too short! But loved Forest :)
It's a great story, great characters. Considering the first book in this series was quite lengthy, this 1 seemed too short. I'm definitely reading the next Regis story.
