unless you read sitting up and looking down...
the lights work, although switches somewhat flimsy and may not last many on/offs. Unfortunately, I lie on my side in bed to read at night and if one is not flexing head down to read, the lights are too high for the pages.

They are ok
The only problem I have is that the lights are not angled in a bit more.. they seem to be aimed outward.. you get light but not necessarily where and what your eyes are focused onto.

Great little readers, not as much for detail work
These work well... especially for reading or to light up a wider area of focus. I'd originally purchased for close up work - jewelry, painting and realized that the lights being on the temples doesn't work as well when you need the light to be directed to something small you're holding in your hands. That being said, these seem to disappear often into the garage as my husband absconds with them to work on his paramotor. :)

I must have a wide head...
I use these glasses for cross stitch. The magnification is a big help, but I have no use for the blue light blocking feature. The lights work well along with another source. Only two issues: one, the distance between the ear pieces is a little narrow for my head, and two, I'm not sure how long the plastic ear pieces will hold up. Still a good product for what I use them for.

Very good quality
These are much better-built than the "As Seen on TV" version. Those are much cheaper quality, and very easy to break. I went through three pairs of those in about as many months before searching for a better option. Also, these glasses come in different strengths. I purchased the 3.5 to do close embroidery work, and like them so much that I'm ordering the 1.0 for times when just having the lights will be helpful.

It does the trick.
I like the concept. The glasses are good, clear and the correct strength. They feel a bit heavy.. and the frame is very sturdy. The only part I had a problem with was the direction the lights shine. It's too high for my comfort. I am a problem solver. I unscrewed the arms and swapped them. Now the light is perfect. Yes, it may look odd but who's going to see me in the dark anyway. Needed them for night knitting/ crocheting.

Small for an adult North American head. Loose connectivity.
Need to stretch the arms apart every now and then to prevent squeezing my skull. Right arm light flickers (did so before any stretching of the arms, and is corrected by more stretching). Good enough for the price, not great.
