Very easy to use. Does exactly what it is supposed to.

Humidifier does what it says. Works great in either mode, depending on if you need warm out cold. Use a little fragrance oil and you get a little bonus air freshing as well.

THIS PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE, even with decalcifier tablets and inserts it puts an inordinate amount of WHITE DUST that is horrible... had to buy other better products - Have other products of the sme barnd with NO ISSUES, this one had many.... do not buy!

I have bought two of these, one for myself and one for my son. The product works fine for the most part, but as others have mentioned, is definitely difficult to fill with water. It takes a good shelf in the sink and a steady hand to hold the plastic. The other problem is that the scented pad of the machine does not get wet so they rely on the aroma to be strong enough to be picked up as a scent and then misted out. Despite their suggestion that it only needs about 7 drops, It takes some time to get it to the right amount of oil so that it is not overpowering or none existent. We never smelled anything with just 7 drops.The second issue is that I decided to call them to verify this since there was no information on whether the pad should be wet or dry in the instructions. Well, I had to wait 40 minutes to reach someone to finally find that information. i feel that when I purchase a humidifier for $90, I should not have to wait that long on the phone. For me, very poor customer service and as a result I most likely would not buy another of these units.

I wanted to love this humidifer but it comes with all kinds of bothersome issues that have me wondering why I didn't send it back for a refund. First, even though this includes mineral reducing pellets for the tanks, it does nothing to alleviate the extra high amount of white residue that is deposited on everything in my bedroom. Previously I had a humidifier that was similar to this and it didn't cause this much white dust on everything. Second, the device states it has warm and cool functions and the warm setting doesn't get warm at all. Third, the 'clean' warning light illuminates and after following the instructions using equal parts white vinegar and water, after 1 day the indicator comes back on. Our tap water is not this poor of quality that it would cause problems with this humidifier but here we are with these issues... and last, whenever I run the unit the mist smells like water that's has mold or something, like sitting water perhaps... I have only had this unit for less than a month and have cleaned it twice and rinse and refill the tanks every other evening and dump excess water to prevent mold/mildew and the unit puts off this smell. Ok, one last thing, this thing is cursed with sharp plastic edges that seem to get me every time I refill the tanks. I'd send it back if I had kept the box.

Unit showed it needed to be cleaned. After following directions the unit stopped working. Waite a few days and tried to start unit again. Unit had power but would not work. Contacted manufacturer directly and they told me to follow directions to restart unit after cleaning. Still did not work and wanted to replace unit. Did not want a replacement since I purchased a different product. They said to request refund from reseller which was Amazon and they said no to contact HoMedics directly. Again no help from HoMedics and received no compensation from either party. Will not deal with HoMedics ever. Bad customer sevice and did not care about the customer.

I looks attractive and I like the warmth and cool mist choice. I dont change water every other day. I don't cough with dryness no more.

Third Homedics we have bought. Nothing better. easy to fill and does a great job.

I really like this humidifier. Easy to use and has automatic shut off.
