This converts the American style two pin plug to the British three pin. I just bought an item that did not state that it had that type of plug and was about to return it but instead bought the converter which works perfectly. The item did have some type of half plug looking thing to attach to apparently use but it doesn't look complete so ended up having to purchase - annoying though it was not expensive but was inconvenient. Any hoo I'm pleased with the item now I can use it

Just what I wanted, it does the job, it was needed for an electrical item I bought, and it arrived unknowingly to me with a USA plug.

Already one of these don’t work the sun port , is broken and u cannot use that as the usb adapter diesnt for in it .

This is ok for using European plug

I really like Lencent's stuff. Ever since we came to Singapore, we've taken a chance on all their power adapters and strips, and they've gone the distance. This little doohickey was purchased so that we could plug in our Canada-based Nvidia Shield to the wall without having to try and source a Brit-style cable. I mean, that's what it does, right? Works fine, no issues, no power fluctuations, nothing.
