Good product. Nicely machined manifold. Worked prefect. You will have to make or buy a gasket and get some 6mm cap screws.

Both 40mm and 30mm didnt fit. I had to take it to work and machine new holes and the counter bores are too deep so I have to get different bolts now. Huge waste of time.

Rating this item for the all in all craftmenship and quality of this item is actually 5 star in my opinion. Very well made. But putting this on your bike engine is something you'll have to think about. For me when I used it, it put the angle of the carb like the angle of the engine. Which in doing so if you're mounting it on your typical beach cruiser keep in mind the stock manifold is bent for a reason. Its to keep the carb level being its gravity fed. If its not level it won't fill properly because of air pockets. If this piece was angled like the stock one everyone who buys these motors would easily buy these that like the clean polished shiny motor look of an engine. I took it off and put the stock one back on because I didn't want to have to buy the 3 or 4 other parts to make it work correctly. This was on a Huffy Cranbrook. A very common bicycle.

AMAZING quality over the original Chinese manifold! Very smooth and high grade machining with no burrs and chamfered edges. This paired with a tuned boost bottle and a dellarto carb help tons with performance and smooth performance.

I got this part in conjunction with the bottle and was both from the same seller and they didn't fit together i had to reopen the hole with another tool that i had to buy

Ordered the wrong size but upon inspection of this, it's certainly worth 5 stars. perfect seal when tested on the workbench. Awaiting the correct size to arrive. I'm so excited!
