I am 5'4", 145lbs and purchased a medium. Definitely snug, but any larger probably would have been big in the waist for me. Flattering, material seems like it will hold up pretty well. I can see that it might ride up a bit while walking if you have larger thighs like me, but that's to be expected with this style.

Very high waisted. I ordered a large as recommended by Amazon. It was too big. Im 5’3 145 lbs and medium would have been the perfect size. Will be returning.
