I have had my pillow for a little under one year, I cannot tell you how great it is, it took me a few attempts to find the perfect way to use for me personally but I’ve cracked it and can’t sleep without it now. I run almost daily and have suffered a couple of injuries and this pillow brings me so much comfort. Thank you I love it

I had knee surgery in early May and was waking up every night with discomfort and attempting to find a comfortable sleeping position, had already tried a number of approaches with no real success. from the first night I noticed that I woke up without knee pain in the morning, even though I still had restless sleep. It takes some getting used to. I find the material rather 'warm' and would prefer a 'cooler' feeling material, consequently the last few nights I have gone back to using a normal pillow. But, it definitely helped with my knee recovery.

Comfy however I didn't realise it's two pillow put together. But doesn't take away from the fact it's helped me with my hip injury. Defo worth it.Downside is it's big so can take up some space in the bed if you are sharing the bed with a partner.
