These lamps are suprisingly bright, which is perfect for my intended use, but they may be just a bit too bright for a night light. It took less than a minute to screw the bottom plate to the lamp. Once that's done, all you need to do is plug it in. I love the sleek style, and the fact that they're just small enough that they don't take up a lot of room on a table or shelf. The other nice thing is that they can also become background pieces, so if there are other things you want to highlight on a display table, they can blend in very easily. I would recommend this product.

Its a pretty light. Not very large, but a great size for a shelf by ones bed. I like it!

Slim and elegant, surprisingly potent nice warm light. Old fashion plug and switch, which I like. The lamp is on the small size through. No posting photos to prevent Amazon access to my reel.

Nice little lamp. For this price you don’t get any dimming options or warm/cool color functions but if you just need a nice looking, functional, inexpensive lamp, it works!

This was not how it described. Not sure how this makes sense, but when turned on, it didn't even provide light a foot away, but close up it was so bright you have to turn it around or you are blinded. One of the worst purchases I've ever made.

I think I had to put one screw in the base and it is ready! Really bright and like LEDs they are not has warm as regular incandescent bulbs. If I aim this toward the tv or ME it is too bright.. But for a vacant room or a timer, I think great.

I bought this lamp and when I set it up, it works great however, the lamp is right at eye level so it’s a bit too bright with no other way to adjust it other than turn it away. That defeats the purpose of having a unique lamp. I suggest you add a way to move it or adjust it. Also I highly recommend that you put the power button in the lamp itself rather than the wire. I have to pull the wire up from the back of the desk every time to turn it off or on. Other than that the lamp is good.
