If you have constipation, BUY THIS.
I've had trouble with constipation for over 50 years. This is the best "treatment" I've ever tried. Hard crunchy bits of cereal that taste pretty good. Best part, it took care of my problem after one box. I've been buying this for over 6 months and plan to continue. TRY IT.

Great source of fiber
Just add fruit and/or flavored granola and you'll have a superb source of fiber that makes for a wonderful breakfast.
