Installed this shower head yesterday and OMG am I impressed! Installation was a breeze. Bad boy that I am, I removed the flow restrictor which was easy-peasey and required no tools. The hose is of a far higher quality than my previous hand held, which was simply a neoprene hose with a foil wrap to make it look like a proper segmented hose.The on/off button far exceeds my expectations, as every other shower head I've seen with such a feature still allowed a significant amount of water through. But a simple thumb press on the button and -bam- that water is shut off! In fact, I can foresee some folks accidentally forgetting to turn the shower off at the wall because this shower head's valve works so well. I have noticed that upon reopening the flow that the water briefly comes out hotter than it was. Just a heads up.The spray is amazing. It's as though my water pressure has been supercharged. I can't believe the force with which the spray comes out. The settings range from an incredibly fine and gentle mist to a truly percussive massage that should be pretty handy in working out those knots in the muscles.At this point the big question is durability. I can't speak to that as of yet. But in terms of its apparent quality, features, and price, this is the one to buy.UPDATE: A year and a half later this item is still looking and performing magnificently. Can't recommend it enough.

This review is more about the installation than the actual unit.I purchased this showerhead hoping to improve on the one the apartment came with. Well I botched the install as the plastic connecting nut broke and water leaked. Amazon sent me a replacement and the same thing happened. If you want to say I was “ham-handed” on the first attempt, I’ll give you that; but the 2nd time I could not have been more careful. I hand turned the nut, but it was still leaking, so I gave it just a slight wrench turn and Crack! I went back on Amazon started the return and was determined to find one with a metal adapter bracket but couldn’t find one in this price range. But Amazon actually sells a metal bracket, It’s almost as much as the showerhead, but I went for it and am very pleased with the result – a tight and dry installation.A reviewer on the shower filter page suggested augmenting the Teflon tape with pipe thread sealant, so I did that also; but maybe if you do the sealer with the plastic part it might work as well; just don’t have a wrench in the bathroom.Having taken only one shower I can say baring the unforeseen, that the unit itself seems to be the upgrade we wanted. So if you know what you’re doing, for the price it’s 5 stars, but because that part is so breakable it’s a 3 star, so overall I’m giving it 4 stars.Picture looks like it's going to publish upside down, but it's with the metal bracket

I’ve secretly been waiting for my other showerhead to die so I could buy a new one. The old one was a WaterPik with a crappy plastic hose that was not flexible. If you see one being marketed with a black spiral plastic hose, run far away. This one however is really great. It has a on off button feature which is great for showering my dogs. It has five different shower settings.One word of warning: this shower head doesn’t have a wide spray setting, They are all rather narrow. Good water pressure though.

We got this for my mother-in-law to use in the shower along with the regular head that's in there. We installed a three-way diverter and attached this to that. Then we place it in a basket that's easier for her to reach. All she has to do is turn on the water and push the button on this handheld to get a nice flow of water. This is mostly plastic with a chrome finish so I have no idea how sturdy it will be. But I actually like the light weight because it's easier for her to use. The button works great. Full stop or full flow. No complaints so far. Exactly what we needed.

This item is affordable, lightweight, easy to install, and has wide variety of functions... however, it’s junk.I tried 2 of these before giving up and ordering from another company.It’s easy to install, sure... but you don’t do it right enough and it leaks, you do it too tight, the cheap PLASTIC strips, cracks.This item is lightweight because it’s all plastic. Plastic is cheap. Also the tubing/hose end doesn’t even have enough room to screw on the whole way.The final straw was when I had everything adjusted seemingly correct, no leaks... I tested the on/off button and due to high pressure, the entire thing blew straight off the wall. If I was actually in the shower, I could’ve gotten my eye effed up, but fortunately I was outside testing it.

Very good quality, easy to install, the botton to pause the water works really well, great different settings, very happy with it.

I would recommend for whom like to have an option to turn off on the shower itself .. save hassle of turning off the main valve when needed

This shower has very high pressure in all settings, it actually has 5 settings not six.It is good if you are not paying water bill, otherwise wasting lot of water.
