I was wrong. I grew to love it.
Mine came today, dead. The primary battery is dead. I like the overall build because it reminds me of a Casio G watch. Despite all the warnings, I purchased this outdated watch out of nostalgia. I like the green on black background. I can say the band is well made and seems durable. The buttons are a little squishy but overall I like the asthetics. I just wish the battery wasn't dead on arrival. They sent me an extra battery and screwdriver kit as to say here ya go! Change your own but the instructions say to take it to a watch repair person.Update: I decided to give the watch a chance. I changed the battery myself with the help of a YouTube video. I also left it on the charger for a while and it finally started to charge. I downloaded the NABU app and it synced with my phone without any issues at all. As for the functions of the watch, it's a watch first. Period. I would not even begin to compare it to a smart watch. It does however record your steps, tracks your runs, and calories burned. It also displays notifications but the ability to fully open or reply to messages is null. The band is big and beefy and has held up well during normal wear. I find myself wearing it more often now that I understand its functions. Would have been nice if the logo was green though. No one knows its a Razor watch. I'll up the rating to 4 stars.

Unusable outdoors, real smartwatches can be had for cheaper
Something to know about the Nabu is that it's not a "smartwatch" so much as it is a regular old digital watch with a small bluetooth-connected screen on the bottom half. In other words, you set the time and date the old fashioned way. That said, the images of the bright green display shown here and in the official marketing materials? Misleading as all get out. The display is not anywhere *near* that bright. It's just a backlit vaguely-green-looking light on dark LCD. The backlighting is the standard blueish glow you've seen on every other LCD watch made in the past 20 years. Maybe if you point the light at it just right....So the watch part is a wash. What about the "smart" part? Well, it's self lit, which is nice, and looks pretty much like the picture describes. It pairs with your phone via Bluetooth and a special Nabu application that you can get on Android or iOS. It tracks your steps, calories burned (which for some inane reason includes your living and breathing, i.e. not from exercise calories burnt, which is of questionable use), and so forth.Step tracking is pretty accurate, at least on par with a Fitbit.Aside from the app being a bit on the buggy side (I can get a force close out of it at least once a day), it does the job and syncs itself with the watch. Notifications work fine too, but again they come up on the watch a good few seconds after they come up on the phone.I could go on about the fact that this watch is completely unusable outdoors.. so I will. The reverse color LCD on the watch part completely disappears in sunlight, which I could look past, but then the actual LCD part *also* is invisible in sunlight, which is unforgivable. This watch has no reason to exist unless you stay indoors all day. For a device that's marketed as something for active people, this is a deal breaker. Here's the problem: This is a $150 watch. While it does do what it claims to (aside from the dismal screen), you're in *actual* smartwatch territory with the price. You can spend $50 LESS and get a refurbished Gen 1 Motorola Moto 360 , or $50 more for the latest gen that does a whole lot more and is much more integrated than this frankenstein.Avoid - you're paying more for the Razer name than for the functionality, which would have been marginally acceptable 10 years ago.

Cool watch :)
I bought mine through the Razer website. This is not a paid endorsement I did not get it at a discount rate either for my opinion. THIS IS MY HONEST OPINION: I'm writing a review here since Razer.com doesn't have a place to review their products that you get through their website online. Now that I have that out of the way :) I'm hard of hearing and I'm losing my hearing for good to the point where I will not be able to hear anymore my cochlear nerves are dying. One of the reasons why I wanted to get this watch is is less expensive than the competitions smart watches. Since I am hard of hearing it is hard for me to know when is someone is calling on my VRS (video relay system) on my smartphone because it uses vibrations and I don't have my smartphone on my person to feel when someone is calling, same thing goes with getting a text message I don't always hear the notification go off. Having this watch I love because it lets me know when people are calling or texting me so I don't always have to constantly check my phone. I was a normal hearing person now not the case I have 3 children that call or text me. As I was saying it is hard for me to know when the important people in my life were trying to get ahold of me. With this watch I know when they are trying to get ahold of me and be able to stay on top of it. Also a good thing I can ignore other people calling that I don't want to practically want to talk too. I love the functionality of this watch between letting me know that I have messages, calls, emails if I wanted too, a fitness app as well it tracks my sleep. I can't ask for a better watch do I need a smart watch that does phone calls on a itty bitty screen no. This watch is amazing for someone like me. I will post pictures of what my watch looks like before and I get a message. Even if your not hard or hearing or deaf this watch helps you stay connected on the go or even at work when you are not supposed to be on your phone. If you are looking for a watch that can do all that and not have to worry about checking your phone for the important calls, messages and or emails then this is the right smart watch for you. As you can tell in one of the pictures you can see a blue and purple keyboard it is my Razer Chorma keyboard. I am a long time customer of Razers.

Good with flaws...
My Google Pixel phone is on latest version of Android 9. The app can't sync with the watch after the digit pin config step. I was able to add my Razer account on my wife ipad, and configure the watch within the app completely. Then I start the app on my phone and the watch is there, added in the app but not yet synch with the phone. Removed the bluetooth pair on the ipad. Synch with the phone, pair, that's it! It works! If you are on Android 8 and 9 it won't synch with the app, use an older phone or tablet on Android 7 or less to synch it to your account and then use it with your phone.Works ok. Look like a GShock vintage! Bluetooth slow synch but that's due to the app not being updated by Razer to work with latest Android. Can't add the Google Fit settings by default on the watch... new updated Google changes that the app is not able to completed. Didn't tried from the ipad as my fit account is not configured on it and didn't test it. Could be working I think...Otherwise it's a must have for a Razer fans. It's big, seems tough enough to take accidentaly hits at work!, Has smart features enough to see if I need to take out my phone now or can wait. Long battery life, about 4-5 days down to less than 10% on the rechargeable battery.I disabled more app than I expected because it doesn't miss 1 notification! Awesome! It is synch and it reacts with the phone instantly there is no lag when a notifications pops. I would give a 5* if the app was updated to Android newest versions. I was about to resend it back but decided to look on reddit and found help from Razer support and from members experience! 5* to Razer customer service!Very happy but wondering about the straps and usb charger cable in a year or 2 if I still use it then if they will be available from Razer. For the price, I love it. Missing heart rate sensor and 10atm instead of 5atm and it would be an almost perfect watch for my needs.

Works well
I like the style of this watch and I wanted this to pair with my RAZER Phone 2. This works well but installing the app was a bit of a chore as it is no longer supported or updated by RAZER. I did have to replace the watch battery when I received it and the smartwatch battery took to good charges to start performing properly but once it cycled twice it holds a charge for about 6 days. This is a good value for the $60 CAD it is now but I would not pay more for it.

Good companion device.
The Razer Nabu smartwatch is a reasonable companion device for my new Razer phone. It has basic smartwatch functionality, with social media notifications, TXT message notifications and basic activity tracking displayed on the secondary display. There is an app that can be downloaded to your phone that allows you to tailor your activity tracking as well as viewing logs. The watch functions are the usual, with time, day month and year, stop watch and timer functions and alarm. The. Watch functions run off a regular watch battery, however the smartwatch functionality is powered via an independent rechargeable battery. As a watch it isn't bad...the backlight for nighttime is rubbish but apart from that it is a reasonable watch that has basic smartwatch features. For the cost, it isn't a bad buy and a cool extra if you own a Razer phone or other Razer gaming products.

Ahead of its time (no pun intended)
Always perfect, I can't recommend this watch more. This is my second, only because the first was misplaced and stolen. For the price point, you're essentially getting a fully functioning G Shock with all digital readouts (similar in contrast also to G-Shock reverse digitals, don't worry you can read it) with a beautiful internal light. Just go for it, if you like Casio G-Shocks, you'll love this unique, underrated one-of-a-kind item.

Un bonito reloj digital.
Como accesorios y solo para la hora no más. El empaque y en si el reloj es de buen acabado y calidad a la vista. La pila interna ya no retiene carga y ya es muy complicado enlazarlo con la app ya no hay soporte.
