Q: can you use this with a hand held mic? my friend has Parkinson's and headsets fall off because of rapid movement. But she can hold a mic.

Hi does this work well for her?? I need to get something for my stepdad who has Parkinson’s and is struggling with speech. I think he will also struggle with headset. How is your friend getting on? I thought could hang round his neck but not sure if that will work well for him.

Q: Is there an aux input to play music at same time? For singers?

I don't know because we changed it for "Voice Aid" made by unex design Ltd in Torquay. TQ2 7AT. This model has an Aux connection.

Yes it has a battery included. You use the cable provided to charge the battery located in the speaker.
