Good blade
Love this little thing. To The reviewers complaining that the size is misleading you’re just not reading about what you’re buying. It clearly says that the knife has a 2 and a half inch blade. I measured the knife and it’s correct. So you should, maybe, I dont Know READ THE INFORMATION about the product you’re buying. Like seriously some people are just so dumb. This knife is solid and cuts paper and cardboard really well and effortlessly. I imagine it would do well paired up with a bigger knife for smaller tasks. If you want this neck knife for self defense I suggest Buying one of the other ka bars in this price point with a better point. This knife is great for cutting but not a good piercer in my opinion. The sheath fits well, doesn’t rattle the knife when inside and locks. I wore it all day before writing the review and it hasn’t fallen out. For just under 10 dollars I really Have no complaints and the small size is exactly what I wanted For a neck knife to use for small tasks. 5 stars I’m sure that I’ll be buying another one of these in the future to throw in my glove compartment. So many people like to complain about the size and quality of this knife but it’s a 9 dollar knife...... if you want amazing quality you’re gonna have to spend more than 10 dollars. Be realistic with your expectations for the price point and if you want a bigger knife then actually take the 3 minutes to just read about the product you’re buying instead of just expecting it to be bigger based off amazons picture of the knife.

Very nice
Threw one of these into my cart because it was so cheap. I mean, it's a Ka-Bar, right? It is a small knife. It came with a decent edge on it. The sheath is a little cheap but does the job just fine. I shook the crap out of it and it held. I liked it enough to buy one of the other models they sell as well. I'll review that one also. If you need a nice little knife for your EDC or to pair with a larger bush knife for smaller tasks this knife will fit the bill perfectly.

Lightweight, sturdy
It's not quite a pocket knife, not quite a belt knife. But, it is sturdy, sharp, and lightweight. I have a Ka-Bar folding knife that I love, but it's really big in the pocket. I'll carry this around for a while and see how it does, but since it's a Ka-Bar, I'm sure it will be superb.

Very nice little utility knife.
Tiny and sharp as heck. It's got those micro serrations that come on a machine sharpened knife, so the blade is an aggressive cutter right now. I purchased this to play with making Krydex sheaths. So far it hasn't been used for that. It has been traveling all over the property doing little odd jobs that required a sharp maneuverable blade. I'm going to have to order another one to practice sheath making and para-cord handle wrapping on. I'm very happy with it and it has been holding it's edge well.

Designed for smaller hands
The handle is too small for my hand; but, the knife I s sturdy, light weight, and sharp. I put this Iife in my trauma bag and it will work for that use. I would not use for diving or bushcraft as the knife must feel comfortable in your hand, and my hands are just too large fir this to be practical for me. I have the original full tang Ka-bar and love it. I still put this little skeleton knife through some hard tests and it survived me so if you have a smaller hand this could be a fantastic knife for you. I cut open many bags of cement, mulch, and gravel. Cut down about 30 appliance boxes and a small tree (about 6-7 inch diameter). I also used it to pry open some old and stubborn paint cans. I was impressed with it’s durability having snapped similar lives in have doing that same thing. After about a month of hard use, this knife remained sharp without honing the edge. When I did sharpen the knife before retiring it to my Trauma bag, this knife went back to that shave-the-hairs-off-your-face factory sharpness that it arrived in. The black coating does wear off and more so depending on what you’re cutting or scraping it against.

Easiest skeletonized handle to wrap
For 12$ you can’t beat this handy little knife. The “neck” sheath is okay but with a little effort and some leather you can make this into an amazing little EDC. Did I mention how easy it was to wrap the handle? The geometry lends itself to nice symmetrical patterns. You can also easily add a lanyard at the end of your wrap to accommodate larger hands (I’m 6’3”). Would recommend anytime!

It's alright, nothing overly impressive
Considering the price I really can't complain much, but I've gotten been much more impressed with other knives I've received that are just $5 more. It's light, on the smaller side, and very thin, so it works well to stay concealed.

Nicht schärfbar.
Kleiner, niedlicher Zahnstocher.Als Halsmesser durchaus zu gebrauchen. Man muß auch keine Angst haben, daß man sich schneidet. Es ist nicht scharf und läßt sich auch mit dem schönsten Keramikschleifstab nicht scharf machen. Schade. Aber sonst nicht schlecht. Vor allem für kleine Hände. GANZ kleine.

Great boot knife, very compact.
The poor reviews I've seen here seem to relate to the size of the knife, it is a small knife. I knew what I was purchasing when I did so.Not a top tier KA-BAR knife, rather a foreign made knife constructed under licence with use of the KA-BAR brand name. This does not mean it is of poor quality. This knife makes a fantastic boot knife, especially with the slimline plastic sheath supplied with it.Small handle, ergonomics demand for a finger and thumb hold, a full grip isn't really possible due to the short length of the handle. The handle, however, is ideal for wrapping in paracord or similar cordage for a better grip, but as a boot knife, is perfect as is.If you're looking to purchase a full-size, camping/bushcraft knife, this is not ideal for this. Simply too small.Relatively sharp out of the box, slightly challenging to sharpen but does hold an edge for an extended period of time once sharpened.

Your buying a small discreet knife. Know this and all should be good.
This little knife is great. By the looks of things, people are expecting a larger knife when it comes. The small size and slim profile of this knife is its main selling point for me though. Sturdy and sharp but very slim and discreet also. A great knife. So great in fact, I lost the sheath for one and just actually bought another knife instead. Both items were delivered in perfect condition. The sheath is a little tight at first but ultimately, that's what keeps it held securely.
