I picked this up without a single review because it was new. I am happy to say that they are a perfect fit. These guards are for the non-LED stock lights. They are well made and compliment the front guards, which I think was Rugged Ridge's intention. Installation was super easy using the instructions provided. There are no YouTube tutorials as of this date. My only long term concern is that the tail lights are held on by a single plastic screw from the back and the guards are hefty. This is a Jeep JL problem, not a problem of this product but overall it seems very tight and sturdy. I decided to go with add on LED bars so I am happy sticking with the stock lights and these guards added. Highly recommended!

They provide exactly the look I was seeking for my black 2022 Wrangler Unlimited. Installation was fairly easy. As many point out here and in online install videos, uncoupling the power connector is a bit of a pain, but once I figured that out, the rest was pretty straightforward. One pointer - The right guard has a cutout for the gate hinge. make sure to orient the front piece of the guard properly so that the cutout aligns with the cutout on the rear piece of the guard.The guards, themselves, are very solid and well made. Fit and finish is great, with no gaps in the seams. I highly recommend these to give your JL an easy to install, functional and rugged looking upgrade.

These look really nice and I was excited to find them open box at a discount. Unfortunately, they were for the LED lights and not the factory standard as described. I don't know if this is a Rugged Ridge issue or an Amazon issue, but this left me frustrated and disappointed. I guess we'll see if anyone tries to fix it beyond returning them...

Tail light cover is well made.

Installed on 2021 Sahara JL (halogen). Began corroding and flaking (white oxidation showing underneath) after 2-3 years. For the time I used them, the fit and look was great - but for this price, they should last longer. Wouldn't recommend.

This light guards installed on my 2021 wrangler without blind assist.This tail light accessory changed the look on my Jeep. I have attached photos from before and after.Made from a strong steel not really heavy, and I have no skills with my hands but yet I installed them by my self.I recommend this part.There is a video on YouTube to show you how to remove your tail light, but no videos on how to install the guards.

I have a sport with halogen lights and these made such a difference in appearance. They were very easy to install. They are good quality and seem to offer good protection. But most of all, they really improve the look.

Received the part promptly however when going through the box I noticed the mounting hardware is missing. The guards and instruction were in the box but after checking the packing foam and shipping box no sign of the hardware. Looks like I got the hot potato this go around. I do admit the guards appears well made and strong, just wish I can install it.Update: Amazon's return is fairly painless and convenient. They sent a replacement as requested and it came with all hardware this time. The box has a open view hole in the front and the hardware is inside a small sealed plastic bag but it is unsecured inside the box so it can easily fall out prior to being packed for shipment. Upgrading to 3 stars, will follow up once installed.Last update, I hope: Installed easily, followed online video and included instructions. Hardest part was the wiring harness connector, was being a pain to remove. Fits and looks great! Doesn't get in the way of the gate. Upgrading to 4 stars.
