Very strong case very protective of the phone

It was delivered quickly and it fit the phone perfectly. The one I had was worn out and the new one makes the phone feel like a new phone.

This is the second otter box I have purchased for my husband's phone. He has dropped his phone several times on the concrete. The last time the case finally broke on one side. It was still usable but stuck out. My husband didn't care but I did. For the price there was no reason not to get another one. The first case lasted 4 years. I'm sure this one will last just as long! Easy to snap right on and have the protection for your phone.

These cases are fine. They're okay, but they don't last long. I never dropped my phone. purchased it in September of 2023 and developed the crack back in January of 2026, so sadly, they're good and even without dropping it, they break at the weakest point near the camera.

I have found that otterbox has given me the best phone protection and is very well made and out lasts other cases that I have owned

I ordered an Otterbox Symmetry case for my Samsung S20 FE. It was shipped the next day and arrived in North Queensland a few days later via a tracked delivery. I couldn't ask for the more perfect service. As for the product, I have owned several Otterbox cases over the last 14 years and there is a reason for that. They do their job well and this one will likely last me the lifetime of my phone.

Classic hardcase, it's slim pickings when it comes to the S20 fe. OtterBox only sells the symmetry and defender for this version of Samsung. I purchased the defender originally, the defender is bulky, and surprisingly heavy. When I bought my original case the symmetry case wasn't available. I'm a big user of phone rings and I am so over the moon that I can use a phone ring/grip on this case and I've attached the sinjimoru removable grip so that I can still use the case with my wireless charger while using a grip. I'm so happy about this because the defender is rubberized and absolutely nothing and I mean literally nothing sticks to it (3m, gorilla grip expoxy, e6000). If you use a grip/ring/popsocket you'll want the symmetry case. This case works perfectly with my wireless charger even with the bracket attached for my phone grip. I do agree with what a few people said, the lip on the sides and when the camera is need to be raised especially if you have tempered glass screen protectors on them.
