Works perfectly. Definitely a plug and play for me!
My foot pedal suddenly stopped working except for fast forward and reverse. As a medical transcription contractor, I was in panic mode knowing that Saturday would be a difficult day to order and receive it in a timely manner from the company I had gotten it from. I looked online and found Amazon had this in stock, AND it could be delivered next day!! I received this on Sunday morning, and thankfully I was up and running right away. Thanks, Amazon, for coming through for me.

Works Great with PowerScribe
I am a PACS admin and I have doctors with carpel tunnel. Repeated pressing of the dictate button is tedious, especially thousands of times a day. If you turn off the deadman option, it might be down to hundreds of presses a day. It still adds up no matter how you slice it.I tried other foot pedals on here that work too. They did ok but they did not work without the PowerScribe screen being the focused window whenever you were pressing the pedal. That means if you are scrolling through a CT and press the button, the button that it's programmed for (F4 or F5) is pressed inside PACS and not PowerScribe. I was able to craft an AutoIT script to switch from the PACS window to PS1 and then back to PACS every time you press the pedal. It worked well. My IT overlords would have a stroke if I told them I had to deploy a 3rd party software to get a foot pedal to work for a subset of Rads. This product works without having to install any software. The foot pedal has 3 buttons/functions. The large center button is the dictate button. The left raised button is for prior field and the right raised button is for the next field. There are no options to program it for final signing, but I did not test that. It allowed the doc to hold the PS mic in his lap or leave it on the desk. I also got him a condensing mic, like you see Podcasters use, so he just talks with the mic on the desk. The only reason he uses the PowerMic is for the final sign button, but that is also in the software as well.So if you want a plug and go solution, this will work great.

Got it quick!
I got this overnight, thank goodness, as I need this for my business. Super simple to install. Just plug it in and off you go. I hope it lasts as long as my other Infinity lasted (12 years)! Highly recommend this product for all of you transcribers who use a foot pedal.

Easy to use
I use this pedal for work as a medical transcriptionist. I gave my old one to my daughter to use, and purchased this one for myself. It works great, but feels a bit flimsy. My older one was sturdier. Hoping it lasts.

Works perfect
Beats OEM pricing and it works just the same. Super easy to hood up too.

DOES WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO.
Needed a new foot pedal. This is the only style I've used in years, so just got another one. Works okay. Only problem is occasionally it doesn't stop when I lift my foot. Same with the others so maybe it is my floor.

Bent USB
I could tell it was a return when I opened the box. Then, as I keep trying to put the USB in my new computer, I figured out why. Whoever returned it either bent it or it came that way. This does not speak to the quality of the item, just to look your items over. I bent it back and it seems to work ok.
