Light weight and not much difference in the mouth to one that costs 10-20x more I had. Not tested all day use yet. Fits on univet loupe frame fine.

I’m a dental hygienist who invested in Univet loupes with wireless lights. Less than a year in the batteries stopped holding a charge for more than 30minutes, replacements lasted less than 6 months. At £595+ VAT for replacements I decided to try these. I ordered two and have not been disappointed so far. They hold a charge for nearly 6hours if used on level 3, which is more than adequate for my needs. As someone else mentioned, the light starts to dim as the battery wears but if timed right it’s not a problem. They are not any heavier than the univet set up and charge up easily. A good investment for sure! X

This works well, the light levels are fine for what I need as a general dentist and still superior to the chair lamp. As long as I remember to charge it at lunch it will last all day, if not it gives out on the last patient anyway so battery life is still good

I don’t wear loupes but wanted a better light source than the one on the chair. This is great, they clip right onto my protective glasses and you can adjust the brightness

Mauvais éclairage avec la zone d’éclairage carrée et mal placée. Mais le vrais problème c’est que c’est une prise UK donc pratique en France …..

Sehr gute und preiswerte Beleuchtung für zahnärztliche Lupenbrillen. Ich habe bisher eine Starmed Nano LED benutz. Mit Halterung ist diese ca 3g leichter als die Amazon Variante, also kaum spürbar. Eher fällt der etwas höhere Schwerpunkt der günstigen Alternative auf, was beim extremen Überbeugen zum Verrutschen der Lupenbrille führen kann. Die Ausleuchtung ist bei der teuren Variante klar besser, das bedeutet aber keinesfalls , dass die andere LED schlecht wäre. Beide Varianten haben mehrere Helligkeitsstufen, in beiden Fällen reicht die jeweils dunkelste, so dass die Akkus der Leuchten einen ganzen Arbeitstag reichen. Während die günstige LED einen Druckknopf hat, funktioniert die Starmed mit einem Berührungssensor. Dieser sorgt für versehentliches Einschalten wenn die Brille am Band um den Hals hängt und gerade nicht benutzt wird. Dafür punktet die Starmed mit hochwertiger Haptik, einem magnetisch fixiertem Akku plus Ersatzakku, allerdings zu einem sehr hohen Preis, 1250€. Verglichen mit den 33€ inklusive Lieferung könnte der Verdacht entstehen, dass die günstige Variante schlecht sei, selbstverständlich ist sie der Starmed unterlegen aber keinesfalls unbrauchbar. Ist sie also um die Differenz von ca 1220€ schlechter? Keinesfalls, sie ist ein echter Geheimtipp! Sehr zu empfehlen!

This light works well. Fits onto my safety glasses. Plenty of light. It will last the day if you keep the power at setting 2 if you like it higher recharge at lunchtime. Can’t go wrong for $50. My last light was $600.I have used it for 3 months. Still going great.

Der Versand über Amazon Prime war wie immer schnell und problemlos. Das LED-Licht war gut verpackt und ließ sich einfach an meiner Lupenbrille befestigen. Es sitzt stabil und verrutscht nicht. Ist aber auch nicht so schwer dass es Probleme macht. Ich nutze es als Dentalhygienikerin in der Prophylaxe und dafür ist es absolut ausreichend. Das Licht hat fünf Helligkeitsstufen, die für meine Arbeit vollkommen ausreichen. Der Akku hält bei mir ungefähr einen halben Arbeitstag. Für Vollzeitkräfte würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, sich einen zweiten Akku zuzulegen. Genau das werde ich jetzt auch machen. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier wirklich, vor allem im Vergleich zu teuren Lupenbrillenlichtern. Klare Empfehlung!
