Great Customer Service
My first order of the UV cabinet came with a mechanical error. Customers have the option to either email or call the company (listed on the business card). I emailed the company about the problems I experienced with the UV cabinet and got a response a couple of business days later saying they would send a replacement for free. I received my replacement and it works great! Just remember to rotate the UV light bulb in its socket when the machine is off until you hear a "click" for it to work.

Great little autoclave with one drawback
Functional, fits in a small space in my office. Only complaint is when plugged it, unit emits a faint, high pitched ring. Only noticeable if office is very quiet, but might have been enough to purchase a different item. In a closet or cabinet this would most likely not be an issue.

Please read reviews, because they are right
The door is flimsy, after opening it a few times to adjust light bulb, the door did not want to close again. Also the light bulb flickered on once and turned off after 5 seconds, and never turned on again. I was never able to use it at all.

A must for sanitizing things.
In this day and age of COVID, this is a welcome equipment. Will be the norm going forward.

I wouldn’t buy this again
I am disappointed in the cheap construction. The size of the sterilizing cabinet is fine but the door is flimsy and feels cheap. I brought the cabinet to work (brand new out of the box) and when I tried to close the door, I realized that the magnet on the cabinet had detached and fallen through the hole. I had to tape the button down in order for the light to be activated. It’s just a cheaply made unit and I wish I hadn’t purchased it. I should’ve kept looking.

Perfect size
Purchased this to help sterilize frames after they are tried on in our small optical and it works great. very efficient for what we needed
