These are legit! They're good size, easy to see and understand. One side is in white the other sides in black which I love. They're lamented so they'll last a long time. And there's a ton of them with great, detailed exercises. And it's even got one of the skeletal and muscle locations of the body which I thought was cool. Definitely a good purchase.

These are exactly as described. They are laminated and double sided. Great size for viewing and easy to understand. We just hole punched them and stuck rings on each side and put on hooks so we could use both sides. Great product at an affordable price.

Great workouts abd just the right size

First, I'll concentrate on the quality. These are nice posters for a home gym. The images are small so you'd want to place them at eye level. I'm satisfied with the quality and information on the posters.Second, what you get. This is the confusing part. You get 20 posters, each with two sides. 14 posters are exact copies which allows you to display both sides while hanging on the wall. The other six posters require you to choose one side to display. Also, one of the six poster is the same on both sides except different layouts.Altogether, there are 25 unique "sides."

These are a good quality and are two sided. One side dark and the other white. Each said has the same exercises. The illustrations are easy to understand.

I was shocked for such a small price I received SO many, great sized, heavy duty laminated posters. They are clear and again dont have just a thin laminate that will peel off, these have a thick laminate which seems like it will make these posters last along time. You can also hang them horizontal or vertical because each poster has the same diagrams on the front and back so you can choose how you want to hang them. We are using them in our make shift garage gym and they are perfect. Great product here!

Got what I was looking for. One side is a white background the other is a black background. Worked well to make the images more visible. Tacked them to the room and it worked perfect!

Great quality laminated posters. Worth the price. They are double sided so to be able to utilize both sides, I punched 2 holes on the top and used binder rings so I can simply flip to the chart I need. (see photo). Highly recommend them to have in your gym. A great buy!

I bought this complete set of posters and they are amazing quality. They offer step by step methods of doing the exercises and are clear to follow. Great product for home based workout or a professional gym.
