Great alternative to the Robo-Grip
While looking for a replacement of the original Robogrip tool I found this Powerbuilt wrench which is sold under the Alltrade brand. These adjustable pliers are of similar quality to the original robogrip and have almost identical design. The grip is not as comfortable as the original though. (See pic comparing with a 7” Robogrip)Unlike other “no name brands” found across Amazon, Powerbuilt is sold in major US hardware stores and comes with lifetime warranty, similar to the Craftsman which made the OG Robogrip.

Excellent
This wrench is absolutely amazing. The quality is superb. The grip feels amazing in my hand. Reinforced steel is heavy and strong. Wraps around round objects with extreme tooth grip.. Just what I wanted for my super tool bag. Just awesome I am really impressed. Enjoy!

More Chinese garbage.
I bought these because I work in a very sandy environment which plays hell with a normal adjustable wrench. I was hoping that they were going to be a suitable alternative. To start, they are typical Chinese garbage so I don't think they will last very long. This tool is very poorly put together.
