How long does it take to brew a full pot?

It takes about 11 or 12 minutes to brew a full pot of coffee as some of you have pointed out. No coffee makers costing less than $100 brew any faster, they are not designed to. Only Bonavita and brands like that can brew a 40 oz carafe in 6 minutes. The 12 minutes is for canned coffee that only requires 1/2 cup of grounds for a 60 oz carafe.
