Make tarts a bit more fancy!
I used these for individual cherry bakewells. As they are so fluted it's quite a challenge to get the pastry into each petal but the result is really decorative.Good non stick quality, I didnt grease these beforehand and they came out fine.Easy to wash.

Sturdy, no need to grease them, arrived earlier than expected
Sturdy mould. I don't have to grease them before using. After baking the tart shell and letting them cool off for about 5 minutes, the shell came off easily from the mould. It doesn't stick to the mould. Also minimal effort for cleaning it after usage.
