Great unit! It looks sexy, and works well! It’s very spa like. Just wish it was all metal and not so plastic. But that doesn’t effect the functionality

It takes some getting used to. Its very warm by your head, but until the air in the shower warms up, your lower half is cold. Once the warm mist is everywhere, it is like showering in the rain forest. It's blissful.

Terrible water pressure! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I purchased this to replace a Nebia Spa Shower 2.0. I wanted to like this product, but I found several things lacking.1. This shower feels more like a traditional shower than an atomizing shower. The drop size is quite large compared to the original Nebia shower, and it lacks that incredibly relaxing "soft but powerful" sensation I loved from the last model.2. The silver hoses are quite ugly, and don't match the black trim or the chrome components. Why wouldn't they also make the hoses black?3. The hoses are way too rigid. The handshower does not stay in position due to the rigidity of the attached hose. This is a major downgrade from the design of the original Nebia shower.4. The rigid hoses make the product unsuitable for a small shower. The hoses will not hang against the wall, taking up space and making a small shower feel even more cramped.

So, I've been wanting this for so long! I saw it on Kickstarter when they first came out. (Well before) I've been very disappointed!! The magnet to hold the sprayer wand isn't all that strong and my wand will fall off in the middle of the night or if a strong wing hits it. I also can't control the flow from the shower head and it's so powerful it actually stings!! I mean really hurts!! I took mine down if I'm being honest.

Atomizer makes the water cold & unless you increase temperature it is uncomfortable. While it feels good it has no pressure for the lower part of the body. Need to use wand for that.

DO NOT BUY! Please read!!First of all, I want to say that we were very excited for the showerhead. We watched videos on YouTube, and read reviews. Seemed like what we were looking for, so we went ahead and purchased.Aesthetics wise, it looks great. It looks really nice in the shower, and gives the shower a modern feel. This is the only positive comment I can give for this shower head.This shower head has stoped spraying from four nozzles after only two months of use. This SHOULD NOT HAPPEN for a product over $300. Period. We have cleaned it multiple times, and attempted to take it apart to see if there was an issue. Nothing. There is no build up, and we do not have hard water.DO NOT purchase this shower head!!

Reasons I like this product: Very adjustable, spa like experience. You can adjust not only the height, but it can side to side as well and pivot the main head. The fine mist is great for rinsing and the wand really helps with things like back and extra rinsing. I have version 1.0 of this product and the next generation is now available, but it costs almost double.

This use to be an amazing spa/steam shower head. We bought into the original kickstarter. This is a cheapened product made by moen which is nothing more than a rain shower now. This is not worth the price. Any rain shower head will do the same. Way to ruin a perfect product Moen.
