Muscle Feast MFX PRE CarnoSyn Natural Caffeine Nitric Oxide Pre-Workout Powder, Tangerine, 500g

After reading nearly every other review for this pre-workout, I decided to try the watermelon flavor because the reviews were about 50/50. I can personally say I really liked this watermelon flavor, two scoops in 14 oz of water tasted like a slightly watered down watermelon lemonade. It's got a little sour taste to it, not overpoweringly sweet, I was pleased! If you like watermelon lemonade, give this flavor a try. As for the effects, I have been killing it in the gym. I do one and a half or two scoops depending on the day. Feels clean and just a little tingly for me. Love it. My one negative is that the container sucks to open and close, it's hard to get the threading right, really have to fight it open/close for some reason.TLDR; watermelon flavor tastes a little like watermelon lemonade and the effects were great for me :D

I have been trying to clean up my supplement stack and remove extraneous or dangerous ingredients. To that end, I had been relying mostly on C4 Sport as my go-to pre-workout because it contains no dopaminergic or habit forming ingredients (unlike the other C4 products).On a whim, I ordered the MFX PRE instead of my usual C4 Sport. VERY glad I did! Much better pump than the C4 Sport and an even cleaner ingredient profile. I love the Green Apple flavor. It's tart and sour and reminds me of a subtle version of Beyond Raw LIT Gummy Worm. If you like the tart flavor of C4 Strawberry Margarita or Fruit Punch, you'll also love this flavor. If you're caffeine sensitive, you can get good results with even just one scoop.This will for sure replace C4 Sport as my go-to pre-workout!

This pre-workout should give about the same energy or rush you get with the more popular name brand pre-workouts using only 1/2 serving or one scoop. I would suggest starting with one scoop. (150mg of caffeine & 1.6 grams of Beta-Alanine). If you are like me a stimulant junkie you can go with (2) scoops, one full serving. You will definitely get the heart going 300mg caffeine and a little tingles from the 3.6 grams of Beta-Alanine. I like watermelon and this is just meh, not good not bad. Its worth trying if you want something with a little different ingredient profile from the typical pre-workout. 25 full servings or 50 1/2 servings that still get the job done make this a good value.

Mixes well with a blender bottle. Have tried the blue and the watermelon... both great flavors. Nice boost of energy.
