So I don’t smoke cigarettes, but I do drink a lot of coffee. And I’m also obsessed with dental health. As someone who used to work for a major dental supply company (I won’t say which, but they didn’t carry this mind-blowing product!), I know more about teeth than your average person. I heard rumors about ultraSOUND (NOT ultrasonic) toothbrushes for years, but as none of the three major manufacturers were available in the U.S., I never knew anyone who actually used one. When my electric toothbrush finally kicked the bucket after a seven-year relationship, I was hesitant to fork over the cash for this but curiosity got the best of me so I put my skepticism aside and bit the bullet. BEST DECISION EVER.Let me tell you ladies and gents, the hype is REAL. When I first used the brush, I was underwhelmed and kind of upset that I spent so much on a device that didn’t live up to expectations. It didn’t seem to do any better than a manual toothbrush and it barely vibrated. Worse, the light started turning red and the toothbrush would turn off despite being fully charged. I reached out to the seller about a refund and after some troubleshooting, realized I appeared to be given the wrong toothbrush head attachment with my initial purchase. Fortunately, I purchased a bunch of replacement heads on my own as backups and realized they looked different. I put the correct attachment on my brush and HOLY MOLY. 10 years of coffee stains - gone with a single use. I floss daily, but the brush managed to shake loose some food particles that regular dental floss couldn’t reach. The best part: no “brushing” required. You just rest the bristles against your teeth and the vibrations do all the work. This brush is a life-saver for sensitive teeth and gums. My husband was just diagnosed with gum disease and I plan to get him an Emmi-dent as soon as possible.Also, the seller provided A+ customer service and is replacing the faulty brush head at no extra cost. If you’re on the fence about buying this brush, just do it. It will be the best $250 you’ve ever spent.

Very impressed with this German made product , excellent Results after first time using !Teeth felt polished and shiny like never before , this ultrasound wave works .Highly recommend , I have gingivitis/periodontitis very bad , receding gums , wiggly back teeth , this is my last try before implants , so far so good , on my third day , teeth feel better in place and so clean .I wish I had bought this earlier , after I rinse with an organic antibacterial gum mouthwash .I will report back in 4 weeks .

I really like the Smilex ultrasonic, have used them for years, but they are no longer available on Amazon. I bought this as a substitute. So far so good, it works fine. I dropped it on a tile floor and it still is working fine. I rated it 4 instead of 5 because the handle is not as comfortable to hold as the Smilex (or in fact other electronic toothbrushes I have used).Just stopped holding a charge, after 6 months. Have to look to see what the warranty is. Bought extra heads that of course are useless now.

I had a problem with receding gums and for many years I had to have dental cleanings 4 times a year along with many under gums anti bacterial treatments. I got an Emmident toothbrush in 2019. Not being able to go to the dentist during Covid, I was worried but my first visit back, the hygienist couldn’t believe how good my gums looked! No more 4 times a year. I am now back to 2 times a year!

I got the Emmident ultrasonic to replace my Smilex (which I dropped and broke after several years use, and which apparently is no longer available in this country).After using the Emmident for about a month, it seems to be comparable to the Smilex in effectiveness, but It was much more expensive.. I am skeptical about Emmident's claim that their very expensive toothpaste is necessary, but don't know how to evaluate it.Because several reviews mentioned battery issues, and I can't find replacement batteries on-line, I e-mailed the customer support address I found on their website, asking about battery availability. I received no response; this gives me a bad feeling about the battery and the company. I hope I don't need to rely on the warranty and that the battery lasts for a long time.

Still getting used to not actually brushing but this toothbrush leaves my teeth feeling like I just came from the dentist. Only have had it for 2 days and the difference is amazing!

I still have to follow with toothbrush as plaque not being removed completely. “Nature Calcium” paste comes with “natural” propylene glycol 🙁. Something tells me this product is over hyped in reviews…

I was a little skeptical about some of the claims about how well this toothbrush cleaned, but I needed a new electric toothbrush and decided to make the plunge. I've been using it for a week now and yes I can definitely tell a difference. It is a bit odd to brush without necessarily brushing, but it does work very well. One thing I really like is how quiet it is when operating. That was a bonus I wasn't even looking for.

Sie kann ohne Vibration und Geräusch benutzt werden. Zur Eingewöhnung habe ich aber den Motor noch mitlaufen lassen. Die Zähne werden super sauber, aber man braucht eine spezielle Zahncreme. Ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen.

Can anybody help? The toothbrush is plugged in for 3 h already but shows no signs of life…No leds, nothing. Have no idea is it charging or not. Or its just broken.

Nach nicht mal 6 Monaten schon defekt. Keine gute Ware - schlechter Kauf!
