is this sharp or not ?

No. It has a blunt edge, but could still easily bruise an opponent in a match. It’s great for practicing katas!

Pretty durable since it's Polypropylene. They don't crack or deteriorate like wooden ones do and they can take a beating. Not recommended for full contact sparring though
