Ultimately had to return this bc we realized our old doors didn’t have a large enough bore hole, but when we get them replaced or the bore hole enlarged I will definitely be purchasing these again. Heavy and quality material - beautiful! Worth the price.

Easy installation, just make sure you order the correct size! Very sturdy, great quality, and beautiful. Newly installed, but will revise the review if problems occur. No news is good news.

This is a very good quality closet doorknob. Sturdy & beautiful. Our builder was impressed. There are many cheap quality ones out there. You get what you pay for - and this one is a good value.

I absolutely love these but they are too big for my doors - the backset (I believe is the term) is too long and only now reading about knowing that before you order. Too late to return so hoping we can buy cheap doorknobs with the shorter backset and swap out the knobs. So be sure to look at that! Wish I had paid more attention.

Good option for a vintage look but updated. Heavy, glass knob and beautiful polished brass. However, I returned it because it looks too new and won’t match my old original knobs.

Looked at many door knobs for my new 5 panel wood bathroom door. This suits my 1930's home perfectly. Beautiful and simple yet a statement. Only problem was completing the install because the dimension of the little wrench that comes with the Allen screws (Hex screws) was a bit too big—probably a quality control issue. After much frustration, I finally figured out something wasn't right either with the wrench or the screws and called the company. They sent new kits with wrench and screws. The new Allen wrench fit the Allen screws already in the door knob and I was able to complete the install. If the installation hadn't been a problem I'd have given 5 stars. Also, the lock pin on the inside can inadvertently be pushed in, door is closed and locked. The long part of the Allen wrench is used to push pin back and unlock through a small hole for that purpose.

The look of it is quite beautiful. I bought two sets, one for a bathroom door and one for a closet door. The knobs for the closet door did fit -- but just barely. The knobs for the bathroom door -- the lock set does not fit -- it is too long for the door and the knobs sag down exposing the hole in the door. I went to Home Depot to get a different size. But now the post is the wrong shape and won't go through (sorry don't know my terms here). I don't know how to go about finding a lock set the correct size that will allow installation. If I can't find anything unfortunately I'll have to return it. But if you don't have this problem, you'll be pleased with the look. They're lovely.
