It's simple to learn the basics, but there are a lot of rules you need to learn as you go to make it more fun. So if you like that kind of games, you would love this. I have 12, 14 and 16 years old boys, and they all enjoy playing and learning new rules each time. There are a lot of good Youtube videos for learning rules so learning is not a problem.I think the quality of this product is good enough.

The quality of the tiles is very good. Durable, easy to handle, and well engraved. I see no extraneous marks and the whole set has a good feel to it. It also comes with trays, something a lot of the other sets are missing. Nice to have a full set of red Dora 5's as well. The carrying case is a little flimsy, but that's not really an issue for me.My only qualm is that both the bamboo suit (Sou) and the "Green" dragon (Hatsu) are written in all black ink. I guess it's apparent in the photos, so I can't really blame them, but I didn't notice when I bought it. It seems weird to have a black "Hatsu" tile. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the set.

Well packaged and has good weight to them. The inlaid designs were nice & sharp.Haven't played with them yet, but so far liking everything about them

Plastic case is really cheap looking. I had to find a different case. There is a random hole drilled in one white dragon that is very off putting. They claim it is for an obscure rule but it looks like one of the rhinestone dots is missing. Otherwise though the tiles are solid.

I like the size. It’s smaller than medium which made it different but cute.

Just what I expected. Perfect size. Tiles are beautiful. All worth it.

I like the size and quality. If they had a better design for the case, it would be definitely 5 stars!
