I don't see drying instruction after machine washing - how do you dry it?

I would tumble dry on low or air dry. It does not come out soaking wet from the washer machine so it does not need a high drying power.

Does the bottom of the yellow one get dirty easy?

No. Cleaning up is easy. However, it is difficult to wrap the blanket up. I always struggle to wrap it up to put it into my bag.
