I am extremely pleased with this iBake set. Received sooner than expected. Fast shipping. I have ordered several kits/sets in the past, as I am an avid baker, and this set is by far is the highest quality. But it is also important to note the price is great for the items that you get in the kit. I enjoy having the precut parchment, so super convenient. The icing bags are thick and have good weight which is always what I look for. I love the colors and quality of clips for the icing bags also. I am also pleased with the sturdy cake boxes. There is nothing more annoying than having a flimsy cake box.The only complaint that I have is the how Amazon handled the shipment. The box that my set came in was collapsed on the sides. The box being broken down on the sides is of concern because I like having it to store my items. The box is of good quality and I would have loved for it to be handled better.

Updated: this company has solid customer service. They reached out regarding my concerns and helped replace the items that were not working. An updated box included all of the items. The cake boxes were stronger and the handles do not feel like they are about to rip. Also, the piping bag seemed stronger- I used one inside of a reusable bag and it did not pop at the seams. In fact, even though I was putting a ton of pressure on an overfilled bag, it held up as a disposable liner. The silicone piping rings were helpful! The cardboard circles are also solid. I have discovered that I do not personally prefer sliding a cake into the box (which you need to do) but I do like the handles. This new batch is an absolute improvement.Original: While these boxes appear to be sturdy, the handles rip extremely easily. I didn't even hold a cake 5 minutes before they tore and I almost dropped it. Also, the other included materials are terribly made. The piping bag split open immediately, the circles felt flimsy, and the bag clips weren't even in the box because the box looked damaged and taped up inside another box- they probably fell out before shipping. Definitely will not purchase again.

I’m impressed with this kit. First of it was delivered today to think that I was expecting. It to be delivered on Friday (2/10). Second the kit is complete and practicality wise I’m glad I bought it. I saved a lot of money buying this. Third, the quality of the box is great (thick/sturdy),and classy. It doesn’t look cheap at all even the piping bag has an excellent quality. What I love the most about this product is its rare to find a cake box that exactly fits the diameter of your cake board, so it’s less hassle and less worry on my end that when I deliver the cake to my client, the cake is not going to wiggle and get distorted inside the box. Highly recommended!

I received my order in a timely manner. I did like that the box was all one piece and I love the handles!!!! This cake box is perfect for a two layer cake but it 's going to be a tight fit for a 3 layer cake. It will fit 3 layers if you don't add a lot of decorations that will add height. Over mother's day I had several orders for some cakes (I'm just a home baker) that wanted three layers and Strawberry's on top. I couldn't use this box for those the height of the cake was to tall the strawberries pushed the height to over 6 inches.... I need to check to see if this vendor has boxes with a taller height. It was convenient to have the piping bags and cake boards that where included. I would order again for two layer cakes.

This is a wonderful product. Initially I was worried that these boxes were going to be flimsy like some other cake boxes that I've bought in the past. But thankfully, these turned out way better than my initial expectations.The boxes are sturdy, the carrying handles allow me to easily transport items, and you can see through the top window without having to open & view the contents inside.Ever since the quarantine, we've had a lot more time at home to bake and gather inspiration from the Great British Baking Show.This set has surpassed my initial expectations in terms of quality and bang for buck.Good all around set that comes with the parchment paper, pastry bags, silicone rings, and the sturdy boxes.

Great price with everything included, and the boxes are great; easy to assemble, sturdy, and great to be able to slide a cake in instead of needing to lift and get it set without touching the sides

It's very sturdy and the handles on top are amazing. The top handles help with the customers not smashing the top of the cake!THE CONS: The viewing window on top, really isn't big enough for the receiving person to see the cake. It's also hard to get the cake out of the box, if you have a 2 layer inside. I fear of smashing the cake or slipping your fingers into the side of the cake, trying to push it out. I prefer bigger windows for viewing and boxes that open from the top! These are cute, just not for me.
