I bought the black/mint glitter clip and while it's slightly smaller than other octopus clips I got, it actually holds my hair better. I have very fine hair and a LOT of it, so I need a clip that can hold a lot but I also get tension headaches if the clip is too heavy or pulls my hair. This clip is the best one I've found so far... twice to three times as expensive but it works. I've only had it a week, so we'll see if it holds up but it seems sturdy. My main concern is the thin tension band across the inside of the clip that holds it closed... also makes it easier to open and close than others I've tried. It also doesn't have the little spurs or silicone pieces on the inside to help hold your hair... and doesn't need them. Also, pretty!

I have struggled for years to find a claw clips that actually holds all of my hair securely and cutely. I have very thick, wavy, and layered hair so it has been hard to find a good claw clip that can handle all of that, but this definitely does. Super comfortable, great size, sturdy, and my hair will not fall out of this. Definitely worth the money. I'm gonna buy a bunch more

This is the highest quality octopus clip I've ever owned. You can see it in the materials, and the hinge is much stronger than any other clips out there.Yes, it's more expensive, but it will last. I've spent more than this on Goody and other brands that seem to be made more and more cheaply made these days and within days sometimes they break around the hinge.This Camilla octopus clip is beautiful, just the right size for my buns, and very sturdy. I'm I'll look for more hair accessories from this company -- clearly, they value quality.

I have armpit length, thick, wavy hair that I prefer to not put in a pony or up in a tight do. Haveing a jaw clip really helps in those times that I need it off my neck or just out of the way without the harsh pull of a pony tail updo. There isn't any real grip to it as it's just plastic. Iv had others that have soft rubber inside to help hold the hair. For me the size is a bit smaller than I had hoped it would be. The appearance is nice tho, sleek, and sturdy. It can be versatile with the way you clip it in your hair for different styles.

I have hair down to my hips and this clip holds it all and stays in place!

Beautiful product. BUT It broke! I only had it for 5 months and the elastic connector snapped. I also did not use it everyday.
