The forbidden fruit scent is pleasant, and fruity in a natural way and not overpowering. The scent combinations are interesting and unique with decent throw off in a mid size room. The cost is typical of your local artisan boutiques and a much more thoughtful gift than a candle from a big box chain store. The jar is small and was able to fit in the palm of my hand for size reference, but the graphics and labeling were clean/modern looking. Pricey, but a nice splurge for oneself or given as a gift.

I don't think I had ever purchased a candle that wasn't found in a department store for a few bucks; they usually did the job and that was that. I learned you get what you pay for though as I would burn them for hours while writing to help set the mood but they didn't do much. Anyhow, I decided it was time to up the candle game here and I'm happy to report this candle is doing its job and then some. The scent is invigorating but not overpowering, adding the perfect touch of ambiance to my creative sessions.I want to pick up a few more soon for sure after looking at the scents and ingredients!

The wick and wax of this candle are of noticeably high quality and I enjoy this candle. My only complaint is I feel there could be more tobacco scent and less vanilla. The vanilla scent is the main scent you smell and the tobacco scent rounds off the vanilla. It is a beautiful scent but with it being called TOBACCO ROAD more of a pronounce tobacco scent would be appreciated.

If this was based off of smell, I would give a 5/5 but 26 dollars for such a small candle, not worth the heavy price tag, in my opinion.

This just doesn't smell like I was hoping. It is still a nice smell, but not what I was willing to pay top dollar for as a gift for a coffee lover. I would love this candle with a different description, but I have no idea how to explain what it really does smell like. Still nice. Maybe I just got an odd one.

I burned this candle in my kitchen while preparing a yummy dinner. It took me to another place and makes me want to splurge on all things Italian - affogato, limoncello, ravioli, biscotti, ride a Vespa...most candles smell too perfume-like and "cheap" to me, but this candle both smells and feels high-end. Its scent is layered and delightful. Looking forward to trying the rest of the Kanobi candles. Thanks for the escape!

I absolutely love these candles! I purchased "Rainforest" and "California Dreaming" because I found the combinations super intriguing. I have a lot of allergies and am easily triggered so I avoid unnecessary chemicals or anything that could trigger me. I can burn these candles all day without worrying about any of my allergies. The scents are so smooth, crisp and clean. The scent is subtle and inviting, not overwhelming. (Even my husband who notices NOTHING, said "That candle smells great") I have one in my bedroom and one in my craft room. I cannot wait to try them all and I highly recommend these to any/everyone!

I am a HUGE candle user/lover and always on the hunt for the perfect one.. I have them throughout my house and love giving and of course receiving them as gifts. I have to honestly say these candles are perfect in every way. The scents are beautifully exotic..they burn evenly and last longer than any I have purchased previously. I am thrilled that I have finally found the perfect place to buy the perfect candle.
