This web is pretty effective but it does all depend on how much time and effort you're willing to put into it. You can have it ad thick or as thin as you care to by gently and systematically pulling the strands apart. It's not very easy to make it completely even unless you decide to break bits off as opposed to having one giant piece of webbing, think trying to create webbing out of a material that has a consistency similar to candy floss but without the stickiness.It comes with a host of plastic spiders which enhance the overall look and with patience you create some really good, creepy web effects.

Tried unfolding this & almost gave up in frustration, was thinking it'd come out as one big sheet that I'd maybe chop up to cover an area. It does stretch, but max width is about 40cm, it is long and will get much longer as you pull it, but I just ended up tearing chunks off it, stretching them out & making do at that. There's a decent quantity of spiders included, slightly shiny where a matte finish would have been more authentic.But the Web was definitely not as good as I would have hoped for.I suppose from a distance it could look quite an authentic arrangement, but... Mmm.

The media could not be loaded.  Firstly on delivery the sample I received was open and the contents hanging out. There were dirt particles attached to the webbing. Also the webbing was very thin in part and looked like it had been torn.The webbing material is like a sticky, stretchy cotton wool that sticks to rough skin on your hands making It difficult to place. I would recommend you where disposable gloves if this applies to you or it will be like removing candy floss from your clothes. We did have a laugh when working with it.These issues are the rationale behind my scoring. Issues you may not encounter?Now for the positives, the set definitely adds atmosphere where it is placed. There are plenty of large spiders that cling to the webbing. The webbing stretches and can cover a large area with some of the thinner threads looking eerily realistic.

Perfect for Halloween, for indoor or outdoor use.Depending if you use outdoor or indoor, and weather wise, this is reusable, which is always a plus in my book. But at the price, you don't really mind if you have to throw it away and start again next year, (but it's nice to have to option to reuse it).It's something that the children can help to decorate with, or be in charge of, and it doesn't really matter how it turns out as it looks good in thick layers or thinly stretched out.It looks realistic, especially the spiders.

For around six quid this web and spider decoration by AniSqui is ok – nothing that special. Ours arrived after Halloween so didn't get a proper trial this year – when my wife started to unpack it to test it she realised that the web really needed to be hung up for best results so left it for next October - the spiders are plastic, and look it, but not bad from a distance. If you are having a Halloween party then this is an inexpensive decoration that is fine as a background rather than the star attraction – a strange material that works to a degree. Four stars for value at the current price.
