These exercise belts are so comfortable I love them. BUT, the "buckle" does not stop the band from slipping and expanding so instead of returning them I bought a pack of Velcro strips (about $5) and I put one strip at the end of the band and the receiving strip where I want it so that it was just as long as I needed (I measured the length while exercising). With the velcro strip placed where you want it the band works perfectly and doesn't slip. The velcro pack has several paired strips so I can add them to the other 2 band-belts and even make 2 possible lengths on one band.

The set comes with three bands in different colors. I have been using the small one a lot as it is the perfect size and resistance for my legs and hip training. I use it when I do squats, squat walk, kick back and glute bridge. The inner layer has an AMAZING non-slip latex wire and it really prevents slipping or rolling when I work out. I still have those ten-dollar plastic resistance bands from other brands with no layer inside to prevent slipping and I no longer use them now as they always move or roll together which is so annoying and they are so easy to break. I can see that once I gain more energy and muscle, I could start using the medium and large ones. This set definitely exceeds my expectation.

Very disappointed. They loosen up during leg workouts, constantly have to retighten them. Also disappointed in seeing the raised the price $10 during this pandemic. Save your money and invest in better leg bands.

Love love love my bands!!! Their such good quality and add very high resistance to your workout! They don’t slide and and flip either! High recommend! The color are cute and you can clearly tell which ones are light, medium, and heavy resistance! Enjoy y’all

I have Gymband and thet are great in terms of stretch. I have a great work out with it. It is just a bit large for me since I am petit and that is why I need an adjustable band. But there are non-stretch and I could not work out with them!

My daughter was so excited to get these resistance bands. She said they seem strong and she really likes the colors. She started that they seem to be on the small side.

I’ve used a few different types of resistance bands but these are by far the best. I love that they don’t slip or slide up my legs and the material is thick so the elastic won’t give any time soon, if at all. I can definitely feel the burn using these too which I haven’t always felt with other bands in the past. I love that they give you 3 different sizes for levels of difficulty. My fav is the smallest band. Def the hardest hit will give the best results in time!
